On the 5-th floor ho out from lift there scratches on the wall - looking mot aesthetically, also some scratches on the entry door to the room. Unusual system of room closing, not enough to close door when you go out from room… you need use the card.

Main issue was lack of wardrobe in bedroom, just a bar to hang clothes, meaning basically you need to live out of your suitcase. Also no telephone to phone reception. Room was hot, even in winter with no a/c

Location was excellent close to trains and centre of town. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean, and room was adequate.

...but modern designed shower with no door have little in common with ergonomics: waterdrops on floor and shower space is hard to cleaning after showering.

We could hear a lot of noise from the room, in particular the doors of the other rooms slamming; cleanliness was poor (the moquette was not vacuumed). The price for a double room (€240 per night) is excessive for the standard of the hotel.

The extra bed was a sofa bed And it was very very hard And uncomfortable. Also the wifi wasn’t working for one whole day and the TV was giving a Netflix option but it didn’t work..

Looked a bit tired , sink was leaking and shower flooded all over floor so has to remove the drain part so water could drain away properly . Kettle leaf did not reach the plug socket so had to place kettle on floor .

Early morning drilling, noise of rubbish (probably concrete) because of the refurbishment, no much lights in the room ,selings in bathroom in cracks, when cleaning team second on second have entered in our room without permission, haven't done nothing ,no tea/coffee cups been chanched only emptied bin but forgot to put recycling back in the bin and also the cleaning team have put the new towels in the bathroom.

The facilities in the room; the service at the desk; the location vis-a-vis town centre. The ground floor, including the breakfast area, was being renovated. The breakfast was a pleasant event though, good choice and quality of the food topped up with the excellent service of the kind staff.

Couldn't really find a fault with anything, the reception area is currently being renovated (Nov 2023) but didn't cause a disturbance to our stay at all.

Rooms are very up to date and modern, we stayed in a double room and it was spacious enough. Beds were fine the bathroom was excellent can't fault it one bit. Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk to underground and tram connections and is a 10 minute walk from the centre. There are convenience stores within a minute walk of the hotel and a few cafe's next to the hotel.

The main problem was with the cleaning staff, which would just enter the room every morning while I was still there with my boyfriend. This was certainly very unpleasant, since I almost felt like I had no privacy during my morning routine. It stressed me out quite a lot. The other minor issue was the lobby. Since it was under construction/renovation, I expected some kind of discount or benefits for it, because I was not enjoying the true atmosphere of the hotel every time I entered or left the building.

Apart from the problems mentioned, the overall experience was good: the room was comfortable, there was enough space, and the bathroom was very functional and clean. I did not have breakfast in the hotel. The location was quite good, close to the centre.

The Hotel is under construction. Drilling noises from upper floors, main entrance and lobby is closed so the entrance is via rear exit.

There are some construction works in the hotel, there are no room cards,no lobby. If i had known about reconstruction, i would not booked this hotel. The room is too small.
