Too open space room, charging ports far from bed. No discretely light above the bed. So basically it would be great if you have some curtains between beds just for a tiny privacy. Usually hostels have 2 story beds, with curtains. It would be great if every bed has its own small night stand. The shower room needs some kind of lock.

The personnel were great, kind and friendly. The location is great. Big green garden with a fountain. Fair price per value ratio.

The shower gel had run out and even though our room was cleaned three times, the gel was not replenished.

The orientation of the room, on the small rooftop, with window that opened on the evacuation ventilation of the kitchen with constant smells in the evening.

The location was extremly useful taking in consideration that the Ubahn statio was very close.

On their info page available information about fixed price for taxi from hotel to airport, but hotel receptionist said that price is already higher and they just didn’t renew information about it.

The Room was dirty and there were bloodstains on my Pillow. I would assume staff would have helped - but it was half past 11 at night and I just wanted to sleep. After raising the issue the next day at front desk I only got a sheepish sorry and I should have said something in the night. Even for that money - thats a level of cleanliness that is...questionable.

Adequate Price, right at the Westbahnhof + only 5 mins Walk away from the Mariahilferstrasse one of the biggest shopping streets in Vienna. Together with the also close by U3 and U6 Subway stations you can get basically anywhere in Vienna easily.

Overall room was pretty comfortable. There are some restaurants, bars and grocery stores. So you won’t be hungry. Location is great. Just 40min to the airport by bus which you can pay through driver. Additionally, underground station allows to quickly get to the center.

Television was not working after being promised that a technician will come and arrange it, no one came. Not enough towels were being provided for 2 adults. When going to the reception to ask for more towels, face towels were provided which I don't think it is enough for an adult..

Comfortable beds :)) The location is excellent since bus stations and train stations are close, many supermarkets are close too! On the whole the service was quite good, however, it would be appreciated to have more English speaking staff to explain important things to tourists such as buses, train stations etc. If you don't ask no one will tell you that there is a shuttle bus from near the hotel which takes you to the airport.

Location is excellent! Staff is kind & helpful, they really do their best for the guests! Rooms are nicely furnished and cleaned! We are returning guests for many years, but this was our first stay since Pandemia (COVID-19). We experienced some changes: hotel lobby is nicely refurnished (modern), the sauna is not available any more and breakfast is operated separately from the hotel (inside the hotel at its usual space) by an independent vendor, so price of breakfast is very different (much more expensive) that we used to pay for it before! So we had our breakfast in the close neighborhood!

The room that I got this time was smaller with no amenities. Last time, I got a room with a refrigerator, a tea kettle and tea bags. I think it's because I stayed there for two days and booked in advance. The room was fine though.

I've been to Mercure Westbanhof before, and I enjoyed my stay here so I visited again. Though I booked the hotel on the very day that I stayed, fortunately there were rooms left for me and my company so we could check in right away. The service staffs were really nice, we got a comfortable room, and had a nice rest. I'd choose this hotel the next time I visit Vienna again.

The hotel is very overpriced for the limited amount of services and the tiny little room that it offers (but it still manages to be cheaper than most equivalent options in Vienna. The city is a bit of a crapshoot in that regard).

Location is very good, near Westbahnhof station. The wifi is ok. The staff is polite. It was an average experience in a modest accomodation.
