Parking space is not fixed so you have to look for it in the courtyard.

The apartement is very spacious with nice elegant scandivia decoration. All the equiment you need are in good shape and they have a washing machine ready to use. Quite close to the city center

Not really recognized.

Very wide enough for 3 of us to stay. Air conditioner equipped with each rooms did help a lot for us to stay comfortable away from hot summer even under such a high temperature condition outside. We also could wash all the clothes we brought by washing machine equipped inside the room. Also no physical key required was very convenient but security of the apartment was also satisfactory enough. I would rather say that this apartment was my best apartment I have ever stayed in my life to date. I will recommend this apartment to stay for everybody who is planning to stay in Graz for sightseeing since it locates nearby Graz central area at walking distance.

It has everything you need and even more. The apartment is very spacious and very well doecorated. It was very clean and tiny. The host is very active. Always reply instantly whenever we have a question. We are impressed!

A very minor thing but the toilet was without a sink and is separated from the rest of the bathroom which means you have to go out of the toilet room then go into the bathroom to be able to wash your hands.

The property is newly-renovated with top of-the-line appliances and furnitures. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Each room (living and two bedrooms) were all air conditioned. There was a smart TV, washing/dryer machine, oven, dishwasher and the entrance to the place is with a secured keypad lock. There is also a small balcony although it just faces the inner yard. Wi-Fi was quick and connection is good. The location is quite central, with the old town within walking distance. Communication with Mathias was also quick, easy and he was always helpful.

We did find the address confusing. Google maps took us to the correct street, but then we couldn’t find the correct building. Luckily there was a lady on a balcony across the street and she was watching us struggle to find the address. She indicated to turn and walk between two buildings and then we found our building immediately! Thank you kind lady!!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. We were really impressed with how large and spacious it is! It was very clean and comfortable. The interior of the apartment looks very new, modern, and it’s tastefully decorated. We found the kitchen well equipped, and there was a grocery store just a short walk away. It was nice to be within walking distance of the main train station, and Old Town was less than a 30 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Graz. Thank you for your hospitality!

The roof-top terrace could not be accessed during our stay as the lock of the door was jammed. The host will be informing the building administration.

Tastefully furnished apartment equipped with all necessities. The beds were wonderful and enabled a good sleep. The area was very peaceful at night. Easy 10 - 15 minute walk to the inner city, tram stop to and from Graz Main Train Station close by.

Whilst there were no problems whatsoever, it was a very interesting neighbourhood.

Ultra-modern, clean and spacious. All facilities and fully equipped kitchen made for a great 3 night stay. Supermarkets nearby, an easy walk to the city centre, castle and clock tower. Highly recommended we would stay here again.

I would like to receive more detailed instructions on check-in to the apartment. Navigation applications do not lead the car correctly, you have to spend time looking for the address.
