The location of the apartment was fantastic---safe neighborhood and walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a full kitchen and even a washing machine. Grocery store right around the corner. Christian was absolutely the best--his communication was great before and during our stay---he even stopped by to check on us and bring some supplies. A bonus was having a small balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather after a full day of sight seeing. Do not hesitate to book this apartment! You won't be disappointed.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment. It was well laid out and had all the mod cons you would need. A great choice for anybody who wants to explore Vienna. Five minutes walk away from the museum quarter and the Naschmarkt on your doorstep was a treat.

Everything about the property is perfect!

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, tucked away on a quiet street steps away from local markets and restaurants. It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to most attractions in Vienna. In addition, Christian, our host, was very precise and prompt in his instructions and even gave us suggestions as to where to eat and purchase our own food and wine. The apartment was super clean with a comfortable bed, and it even had a small courtyard view balcony where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine and appetizers in the evening. The coffee pot was easy to use and there were even some pods left for our use. We were SO happy that we found his place and will recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy Vienna as a tourist staying in an area where the locals hang out!

If I had to choose, and it’s not at all unreasonable, maybe a couple of coffees available for each night stay, but hardly anything to worry about.

We had such a nice stay at this place. It has everything you could want, comfortable beds, outdoor terrace, great kitchen and lovely lounge room to hang out. Could not imagine a better atmosphere. The Naschmarkt is just a few steps away with restaurants and shops, plus there is a really nice old Viennese coffee house with a leafy outdoor space at the top of the street. We had a very enjoyable time.

Just the pillows which were far too soft for us

Had a lovely short stay at these modern apartments. Information received from Christian was very helpful and check in was straight forward. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and warm. We loved the location which was within walking distance to many attractions, shops and subway. Supermarket was also at the end of the road. The Naschmarkt was only a couple of minutes away and was a good place to eat or have a drink. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these lovely apartments.

It would be nice if there could be a few kitchen staples. Maybe some olive oil or cooking, sugar, and a cutting board would have been good. But otherwise amenities were great.

If you are a light sensitive sleeper bring sleep masks as you Will be woken up by light. I have the same Ikea curtain at home and they are terrible for blocking light.

Everything was great. The apartment Is modern and cozy, has everything you would Need and the host even went beyond by giving us sleep masks Upon request. Apartment Is very central, 5-10 minutes from nearest metro stations (depending where you have to go). Also: very silent! Recommended for light sleepers. Bathroom Is great, hot water and water pressure of shower were Great. In our case (apart. With balcony) you have a smaller bathroom with toilet only. Another pro Is dedicated storage room where you can leave your luggage for the day you depart so you can visit Vienna stress free.

There was an intermittent odd smell in the bathroom. Also, a few more cups and dishes would have been helpful—enough to fill the dishwasher so we wouldn’t have to either wash them by hand every day or run the dishwasher 1/4 full.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything and yet quiet at night even with the windows open.

Very small issues: No toilet roll holder or hook for hand towel in toilet. No pictures on walls so felt a bit clinical. No kitchen basics: salt and pepper, sugar, tea

Great location very near the Naschmarkt and the U4 tube. Looked newly decorated. Very clean and spacious with all mod cons. Quiet building. Fantastic communication with owner with great local tips. Handy luggage storage.

I really need to be too critical here lol but maybe the carpet in the apartment is ready for some deep clean job or replacement in the near future but that is not at all a deal breaker because everything else in that apartment was clean fresh and as the name of the property suggest in Mint condition 😅

The property is positioned in a very strategic location right across from the famous Naschmarkt and 10 min walk from most of the major attractions in Central Wein. You have a supermarket (Billa) right across the corner and many good restaurants located in the market and across from it The property itself is brand new or feels like it and is well maintained and apartments have a modern feel with every possible amenity one might need for a comfortable and even longer stay such as fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and a couple of tvs (one bedroom apartment with balcony) and shower room and separate toilet room. The building has an elevator, so no one has to worry about carrying their luggage up the stairs after a long trip. Downstairs, they also had a luggage storage room to store your belongings after checkout... you need to have a 1 euro coin to activate the storage space. You get a door access pin to be able to return and pick up your stuff later. But really, the crown Jewel of my entire experience was the suburb and exceptional customer service experience provided by the super friendly and professional host (Christian) ... he was truly amazing from the first moment of communicating checkin instructions in a clear and precise way to helping out with a special request like finding a safe place to store my rented ebike or helping me gain access to the luggage storage area .... Christian was prompt, friendly, and super helpful, so kudos to this exceptional level of service 👏 In my entire history of more than ten times visiting Wein and staying in different properties across the city ... this property by far delivered on the whole package in terms of product and service... and because of this exceptional value proposition... I will definitely be calling Mint my home away from home whenever I am in Wein.

Great location, lots of restaurants/bars in the Naschmarkt nearby. Lots of attractions, including the State Opera House, within walking distance for those that enjoy exploring cities on foot, but the hop on/hop off buses are about a 10 min walk from the apartment. The host Christian was very helpful, and the apartment was well equipped and clean.

The fridge had an annoying dripping noise. But we had earplugs!

It was beautiful! It was spacious. It had great little couch for relaxing after long days out sightseeing! The Nespresso machine made my husband’s mornings! Our host was great with his instructions on how to enter the property and also with which train to get closest!
