Nothing, everything is perfect!

Everything was perfect 100%, location 100%, comfort 100%, - apartments looks smaller in photos - in reality they are very comfortable for 4 people family! In next building is good cafe Eiles (perfect breakfest and dinner,)! Owner offered me transfer - from airport, wich was so comfortable, that driver expected me in the airport, with no stress 100%! Very clean and nice apartments - with soo good location!

A very minor detail, probably won't be valid for most of the guests but anyway: we forgot to bring slippers, it'd be nice to have hotel-type disposable slippers.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to Ratthouse (and the Christmas Market when it's that time of the year) and less than a minute walk to a tram station. It's a new building and the apartment was furnished very well, leaving more than enough space to guests. The apartment was ideal for a family of 3, it would also be definitely enough for a family of 4. We would like to stay again next time.

No washing machine for clothes. On extended trips we like to be able to wash some clothes. The unit was not advertised as having a washing machine.

Central location in Vienna near a streetcar stop and near a subway stop. The nearest subways stops were closed during construction because they are expanding the routes. We had to walk a few extra blocks to catch the subway. Close to the pedestrian downtown area. Also close to many museums. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is large and has everything needed to cook in the kitchen. Very quiet even though it faces a busy street due to very good sound insulation. You can't hear the neighbors. There is an elevator which helps when taking suitcases up one flight of stairs.

Not a big issue for us but in case it’s an issue for others we note that there are construction works happening outside - the closed windows can block out the noise pretty well.

Great location (opposite tram stop and supermarket, short walk to metro and close to main sites and city centre) spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Good communication with host and easy check in/check out process. Would very happily return.

Everything was great. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The bathroom is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and the area in which it is located is perfect for visiting Vienna. It has a comfortable double bed and a couch that turns into another bed. We liked it a lot and would come back anytime. Thanks for hosting!😊

Very clean and cosy apartment. Large bathroom and comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. Superb location. Very close to stop for tram no. 2 which reaches key sights or connections to underground trains. Fantastic supermarket just across the road. Very helpful hosts (prior and during stay). We also booked the airport shuttle service offered and it was excellent. I certainly recommend it!

Total Self check in without any physical human interaction, its suitable for such apartment and related circumstances like easy to locate , easy -access, clear written instructions…etc Semi automatic shower There is 24hour open vending machine store (mini market) just below the apartment which found helpful as most of supermarkets and restaurants closes at 10pm

The apartment is cozy and very clean. The host is very kind, allowed us to early check in and to late check out. There is a tram stop just outside the apartment, 2 min walking from ringstrasse. We will stay here again next time in Wien!

The apartment is very clean, on a great location, there are a lot of markets in the neighbourhood, placed within 5-10 minutes walk of Rathaus park, Museumquartier and Heldenplatz , also very close to metro-station. This is an apartment I would love to return to next time in Vienna.

Huge construction site for the new underground train just outside the appartment (but closed windows keep out the noise quite well).

The Wi-Fi is poor. Nothing is working except Instagram and Telegram. I feel that it has limitations for devices, but I am not sure. Please fix Wi-Fi or notate about constraints.

The location is good. Everything is available in 10 minutes by walking. Comfortable apartments, whatever you need, you can get it there. Also, there is a 24/7 supermarket with self-service and another big supermarket Billa. It's not a problem with the apartment, but there's a small building, on working days it will be a bit noisy. On the weekend it's so quiet.
