Sticky and dusty floor. Strange smell at the bathroom but ok. Room is smaller than it looks at the photos.

A bit soulless in the room but adequate. Took a few goes to find the right room - read the e-mail carefully for the room location.

No breakfast - just a vending machine in hallway. Reasonable location for station and eating out. Do not expect a hotel - it is a bedroom in a plain building.

One wall was damaged. The fridge was loud and it was located only one meter from my bed.

The check in was a total nightmare. Did not receive entry instructions. Did not receive entry code. The person to call only took voicemail and text. He did not respond to either with the correct information. Another couple helped us enter the building. He was able to get staff to answer and got us in the room. He finally answered my text in the middle of the night. Thanks a lot. The virtual check in was a nightmare flop.

The A/C wasn’t cooling down. As a result we ended up sleeping at 30 degrees the first night. It was a nightmare. Despite multiple complaints, nobody came to check it out. It’s a great place but you must avoid during peak summer

Cleaning, towel service, no kettle for hot water. And toilet paper is not enough.

The location is very good, so close to shopping center, restaurants, markets.. we stayed 7 nights But there is only 1 shower towel. No face towel, if you want to change fresh is will be charged. And no cleaning service, there is also extra money. Also TV is not working, but wifi is good. But is really middle of the center. Good location.

The zones between bathroom and bedroom are not separate. The curtain which should separate that zones are broken and not close/separate the space.

We had a little misunderstanding with baggage -> at first owner allowed us to keep our luggage at the property (not in the room) for the duration of the day after check-out (we were leaving city in the evening), but later changed mind and required us to go back, take it with us and store them at the nearby railway station. It wouldn't have been a problem if we were instructed so from the beginning, but instead we lost a lot of time coming back.

During summer, the rooftop location gets very hot. AC can help cooling it down, but for some it can be still uncomfortably hot up there.

the bathroom had a strange smell due to moist air and we couldn't air it out as the window was screwed shut in the bathroom. there was a fridge and a table to eat food however, eating and disposing of food in the provided bin meant that ants would surround the floor.

The room was comfortable and cool in the hot weather, bathroom and shower where a great size and the self-checkin was extremely good.

Shower head was leaking more than a half of incoming water. So taking a shower was complicated. Shower system where hot and cold water is being merged was skin burning hot and could be considered serious health hazard. We got several skin burn marks.

Close to metro and central train station. Comfortable to come from and to airport. Gorgeous window to the city, comfortable bed, no keys - coded lock.

Lack of parking lot - you shouldn't mention parking lot at your booking page. There was parking lot 5 minutes walk from apartment, it costed 10€ per 24h, after filling out check-in form we got this information from our hosts - that helped us a lot.

We stayed at Modern Hotel for one night during our two day trip to Vienna. It is located around 3km away from strict center of the city, instead of public transportation we took 40 minutes walk that was pretty enjoyable. The room was clean and warm, hotel provided us with towels and soap. Individual check-in let us accomodate in the time suitable for us. There are lots of restaurants around, everyone will find something good for them.

Thin walls means backgrounds noise. Also, the refrigerator makes noises unless it is turned off.
