It was not really clean, because first what we did after moving in was cleaning the floor. Besides, in the bathroom there is a problem with sewerage, as when you want to have shower after someone, you are sure to have water in the floor in the bathroom ( hope it’s possible to solve this one

The view from the 3d floor is amazing, we were lucky to be on the 3d floor. All the furniture is generally new and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was working pretty good. The beds were comfortable. The instructions how to move in were clear,and there is a parking place - that’s also a big plus.

Some parts of the apartment need work, but it is still a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful mountain view from all windows. The area is very peaceful and quiet, short walk from Bad Goisern train station and just 10mins train ride to Hallstatt. Hofer is about 15mins walk around the bend. Klaus is very responsive and catered to our requests.

The property was in a perfect location. There is two apartments and we were in the second floor upstairs (first floor for europeans). It was equipped with everything we needed for the couple of days we stayed. The owner was able to provide a crib for my 1 year old. It was always available to answer our questions. Easy access to check in and out. We loved the stay. Water pressure was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend! I have to say that the apt is really cold, heaters take a while to warm up the areas. I would just recommend to ask the owner to please turn it on before your arrival if you rather be warm and cozy inside. The floors are not heated and is always cold so bring winter socks or slippers. This is important to mention in case you travel with small children like me. It was a great stay after all!

There was no soap and dishwasher tabs in the apartment, but the owner was able to help with dishwasher tabs next day.

Great location not far from popular touristic places. You can easily get everywhere nearby, if you have own car. It was pretty warm in the apartment. You will get almost all necessary stuff

I would change the wood-Stairs for going to the second floor. They make lots of noise and are a bit dangerous. Also the floor in the apartment on the second Floor is a bit noisy when you walk. If those things would be repaired, I would give the location 10 Score! ;)

Location, cleanliness. Supermarket just 5 mins walking. Bars are restaurants are also pretty close. Good to reach by train. Lovely surroundings. The host was really friendly. I would highly recommend this Property!! :)

- It was mentioned in the page that the check in time @15:00 but the apartment was not ready till @20:00. I was frustrated especially I was taking a long road trip. - The shower drain was totally obstructed and the bathroom was flooded with water. I called the owner and he sent someone to fix it

the apartment is spacious, clean and has an excellent location if you want to visit Hallstat. I was contacting Klaus (the owner) directly if there’s any problem. Overall it was a great stay except for the things listed below

Very spacious apartment, modern and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. You can go to Hallstatt by bike, a very beautiful ride. Bad Goisern is very small and quite (not much to do), supermarkets are close. You can park to car next to the house or on the street (that is quiet).

Good location, very quiet, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, a small walk to the city center (shops, restaurants, cafes, even an ice cream shop and of course our all time favorite: a fresh milk automat within 50 metres : ) Easy to park with car. Managed to pick up the keys and leave the apartment without meeting anyone in person, You can get a COVID test at the local Apotheke (not free).

* When we arrived, the apartment was a mess, broken furniture, trash, dirty dishes and owen. (They fixed everything quickly) * It is a cold apartment * There is a rule, that you must left your shoes out of your apartment. Gentlemen from the second floor apartment took my shoes and ruined them, so I was left bearfooted in the morning just before the hike. * It is not really soundproof

While the unit is a very nice place within the quaint town, there were a few things that were concerning. 1) We needed to ask for toilet paper and towels. Unfortunately, because we arrived on Christmas Eve, no stores were open. 2) The unit was cold, and the heaters did not seem to be working effectively. 3) When contacting the owner about the issues, we did not get the towels and toilet paper until the next morning. 4) There was a significant amount of mold in the corner of the bathroom by the sink and wall. The unit appeared to be undergoing upgrades and renovations that were not 100% complete, but was still very usable (some baseboards were missing, and finishing details were incomplete). We, too, are owners of a rental and understand challenges of having things ready over the holiday. However, if you choose to rent out over a holiday, then the renter should find the rental ready for occupancy, and the owner should be available to address needs in a timely fashion.

Beautiful setting in Bad Goisern, especially in the morning with the morning dew just lifting in the valley. Enjoyed the town and the proximity to Hallstadt. There was parking next to the home and easy access with the key box.
