Parking was very very far. Internet was decent. No coffee in the room but they did have coffee makers so bring your own.

Everything is stylish and well organized. Breakfast and dinners are rich and tasty, staff is really friendly and happy to help. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wellness offers three saunas and a pool area, which is accurate for short swims or playing with kids.

The hotel has 5 buildings, distances are a bit large, you need a lot of time to cover all the way from the room to the restaurant in the morning, then to the parking, from there back to the hotel to the ski room. Definitely, you need to move a lot!

Building with imposing architecture, very large spaces, big apartment. Breakfast was excellent, for every taste.

Great apartment with kitchen and living room. Hotel is very nice. Parking isn't the easiest and in winter it might be a struggle. We like the pool. Stuff was very nice. Breakfast is very good.

Just the parking was a bit far, but I can appreciate it is difficult given the terrain in the area.

Very friendly staff, good food options, a lot of things to do in the hotel (the saunas were super), and very good value for money. We had a great time.

The kitchen equipment was not 100% satisfactory. No <Schneidebretter> in the apartment. Front desk was not responding py phone!

The hotel is located down the hill, so I'd ypu are planning to go skiing, you need to go on a very steep hill to approach the gondolas. You better be in a decent shape, or take extra time for this part of the way. The pillows were a bit too flat, but the staff was so helpful that they gave us extras, so all in all it was fine.

Amazing breakfast, very attentive personnel, especially at the restaurant. Spacious rooms, very comfy bed, big bedroom. Good location. Definitely recommended.

The matress was a bit stiff for our likings, pool was a bit cold (28 degrees) considering the freezing outside temperature.

Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and accommodating. once you find your way around, there are a few shortcuts you can take to avoid walking up the steep hill to the ski lift. we could not fault anything about the time we spent here.

We were located on th 2nd floor above the main entrance so we heard all the noizes in the morning.I had a realy bad matrace, so I couldnt sleep well.

The food was fantastic and realy delicious.The spa and pools were good.The bar was perfect, the evening programs entertaining and the waiters were realy helpfull as well the reception.The gym is allright too. Bellevue Alm fantastico!
