Great location, well appointed rooms

The rooftop bar opens in may, so we were 2 days to early..

We were very welcome and the stuff was so friendly, also very helpful with disabled guests The hotel is just amazing , it’s a great place to discover beautiful Vienna and very close to public transport stations.. great breakfast!!

This is just a suggestion, not an actual thing we didn't like: The back garden could be elevated, at the moment it is quiet and neat. Maybe it could have more trees and green hanging plants that make it like an hidden oasis? less stronger lights?

The reception service was warm, prompt, welcoming and informative. The room temperature and air humidity was good, also the noise insulation is good. Comfy beds and pillows, fresh drinking water and a SILENT mini fridge, we loved it!

Again we had some issues with turning down/off the A/C.

This was our 3rd stay but the first one on the other - the courtyard - side of the building. Nice view over mainly the courtyard behind the hotel and Vienna's rooftops. Very chilled atmosphere, especially after a visit to the hotel bar ;-) Will stay again!

The lack of a phone in the room was a small upset (needed wake up call). Also vegetarian breakfast isn’t something that I personally enjoy.

walking distance to the train station, easy to take the tram to visit this city. beautiful decoration and details , service is very good as well!

Windows didn’t open to the room at the front of the hotel

Beautiful designed hotel, loved the moon theme throughout. Everything was to a very high standard. Breakfast was delicious, sitting area was very relaxing.

The first impression wasn't good. To the right of the doorway is the restaurant which is bare and uninviting. Glad to say I was very happy with the delicious breakfasts in the morning!

Loved the moon theme and decor in the bedroom and bathroom as well as the extras- iron & ironing board, fridge, bottle of water and the 'Rituals' and generous amount of towels.

Not a big variety on the menu for dinner. Also, breakfast is predominantly vegetarian which doesn't give a lot of scope.

Great location right across from the station. 20ish minutes walk into the centre of Vienna, but you can walk through Belvedere Gardens which is lovely. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms and it was an excellent size, separate toilet to the bathroom which was also great. Very comfortable beds. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Friendly staff with excellent recommendations for restaurants in the city and things to do.

Great modern hotel, great location, quirky design, chrome cast from the tv in the room, lovely Rituals toiletries in bathroom. Also had a great hairdryer - not one of those usual built into the bathroom ones that overheats and cuts out every 10 seconds. Friendly, pleasant staff and the free welcome drink was a nice touch

I was stay only one night, if I know it will be good like it, I will book 4 day 3 night instead.

I love how their staffs warm welcome us since we are arrived, even it is a lot of people, however, it doesn’t take time too long. Also staff was ask our preference like city view/garden view before assign the room. Their facilities is superb, I do like a lot as there using some Ritual product all around which makes me relax. Also their breakfast is available til 1pm 🤩 also close to tram and Wien hbf, easy for traveling. Moreover, have some burger restaurant opposite

Great Location, just 300 m from the HBF central station , minimal design, very comfortable bed , romantic and clean . We stayed at Mooons hotel for 3 Nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Mooons hotel take that into consideration offering us a double bed room , champagne and chocolates as a complement make our staying very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The only thing I would say I didn’t like was that the area around was ok but it was a very “office like” area and during the night was quite empty. But we didn’t have any problems walking down the street and the metro was very close by.

The hotel was excellent! Very clean and comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff! I would 100% stay there again and would recommend :)

Breakfast was vegetarian, but on request you can get ham etc. Windows can not be opened.

The breakfast is vegan (or vegetarian) which should be more clearly indicated at the time of booking. The staff was doing their best to compensate this misfortune by offering solutions. which is a plus for staff, but minus for breakfast.

Friendly reception and night bar staff. Very clean. Good bad and bathroom amenities. Cosmetics from Rituals was very nice. Quiet. Very close to the railway station.

Not much - would have been great for the rooftop bar to be open, but other than that nothing!

Breakfast was really poor and it was very difficult to find what to eat. Especially for my kid. The vegetarian menu is really strange, as then afterwards the waiter is offering ham plates.

Not a thing!

We really loved the look of the hotel, both inside and out. The room was nicely outfitted, with the best bed and bedding we had on our 7 city vacation. The hotel seemed brand new and immaculate. Front desk and breakfast room/ bar staff were great. Room was also the perfect temp for sleeping, and had a great shower, shelving and sink area. Big closets with amenities were very much appreciated, as was the bottled water provided daily. Wonderful blackout drapes helped us sleep 10hours a night! Location was terrific- right across from the train station with a short walk to Belvedere Palace in one direction, and historic center a short walk in the other direction.
