The hotel is right next to the main train station in Vienna, we got off the train and were checked in within 15 minutes. Staff were super friendly and helpful. If the weather is nice it's worthwhile having a drink of their roof terrace. Each room has its own moon shaped window, beautifully decorated with Ritual toiletries. The hotel is a little outside of the city centre but there's a metro / underground just at the end of the street and you'll arrive at the cathedral within 5 minutes. Overall, it's a great hotel with nice quirky features, recommended.

I wanted to play some music but I never managed to connect my iPhone to the TV. The Wi-Fi was working well, I followed all the steps, but it was impossible to cast any picture/sound...

Very convenient location, just 5 min away from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and metro (Südtiroler Platz). Although the hotel is located on a very busy street, no noise whatsoever comes inside the room, it is 100% soundproof (really!), and very clean & fresh. The room features all amenities one may need: a smart TV with lots of international, German and Austrian channels, a kettle, a fridge, a safety-deposit box, an iron, an ironing board, lots of hangers, etc. And lots of space! I was staying on the 8th floor so I especially enjoyed the view from the big, round window. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was lovely, one can even get a small plate of delicious cold cuts upon request. There's even some product/dish variation on different days, which I appreciated. Acceptable noise level in the breakfast area, it never gets really noisy, even when crowded. There's a very nice rooftop bar, as well as a well-equipped gym (much better than most other hotels!), on the upper floors. But most of all -- THE HOTEL STAFF WAS TRULY AMAZING! Always smiling, always helpful, always nice & friendly. A big THANK YOU to all the front desk staff & the breakfast/restaurant team! PS. I asked for help with printing a document, and I lost my favourite bookmark when reading a book during breakfast one morning, and it was returned to me the next day! Thank you!

5 mins walk from Wien train station, super convenient to come from airport or take train to other places. Very convenient to go to city centre by metro line 1 within 10- 15 mins too. Hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly. I was staying and having vacation to celebrate my birthday, the hotel is very nice to put chocolates and wishing card for me in the room! Bed and pillows are very comfortable, just the correct firmness for me. Rooms are very clean with nice Rituals shampoo and shower gels. Shower is nice with great temperature and water pressure. I’m traveling solo and it feels very safe to walk from train station to hotel at night. I will definitely stay at the MOOONS when visiting Vienna next time! 10 out of 10 for me!

Shower had two heads, one on the ceiling and a hand wand with no hanger but at faucet level: drown from above or get a super clean tummy. Food for dinner was not so great: cauliflower soup was soso and ravioli with pesto was actually marinara (did they run out of pesto?) and the ravioli were tough as if from day before.

It was close to train station and metro. Window with a view. The roof-top bar looked great, but it wasn't open when we went. We opted out of breakfast but it looked good - tons of people.

This is just a suggestion, not an actual thing we didn't like: The back garden could be elevated, at the moment it is quiet and neat. Maybe it could have more trees and green hanging plants that make it like an hidden oasis? less stronger lights?

The reception service was warm, prompt, welcoming and informative. The room temperature and air humidity was good, also the noise insulation is good. Comfy beds and pillows, fresh drinking water and a SILENT mini fridge, we loved it!

Again we had some issues with turning down/off the A/C.

This was our 3rd stay but the first one on the other - the courtyard - side of the building. Nice view over mainly the courtyard behind the hotel and Vienna's rooftops. Very chilled atmosphere, especially after a visit to the hotel bar ;-) Will stay again!

The first impression wasn't good. To the right of the doorway is the restaurant which is bare and uninviting. Glad to say I was very happy with the delicious breakfasts in the morning!

Loved the moon theme and decor in the bedroom and bathroom as well as the extras- iron & ironing board, fridge, bottle of water and the 'Rituals' and generous amount of towels.

Not a big variety on the menu for dinner. Also, breakfast is predominantly vegetarian which doesn't give a lot of scope.

Great location right across from the station. 20ish minutes walk into the centre of Vienna, but you can walk through Belvedere Gardens which is lovely. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms and it was an excellent size, separate toilet to the bathroom which was also great. Very comfortable beds. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Friendly staff with excellent recommendations for restaurants in the city and things to do.

Great modern hotel, great location, quirky design, chrome cast from the tv in the room, lovely Rituals toiletries in bathroom. Also had a great hairdryer - not one of those usual built into the bathroom ones that overheats and cuts out every 10 seconds. Friendly, pleasant staff and the free welcome drink was a nice touch
