The parking was a bit expensive 20€ per night, it was not included in the booking. We would have liked some more toiletries like toothpaste and glass cups in the room. The shampoo and body wash were a 2 in 1 which I thought was a let down. Tea and coffee in the room would have also been nice seeing we paid €155 a night.

Location wise is amazing, right near the train station. Very convenient to walk to local restaurants and attractions. The rooftop bar is a major plus, the views are amazing. Breakfast was also nice.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, the location of the hotel is excellent it’s a short walk to the bus and train station. The rooms have amazing views and really comfortable beds.

The staff here were exceptional when we found our booked hotel canceled as we are literally riding the train into town. I booked here while on the train and they wanted to help us get a refund, etc. The location was excellent so you can drop your bags yet still walkable to the AltStadt. Because of our great experience here, we will watch for this hotel chain in the future.

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights and had to cancel one night for one room. I wrote to the hotel via the Booking app and when they didn't respond, I asked someone on site to cancel the room personally and on time. Nevertheless, they wanted to charge us the entire price. There were unpleasant and lengthy discussions, especially with one specific lady at the reception (the rest of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive!!). After a discussion with the hotel management, we ended up not having to pay for the room after all. To cut a long story short: if you need to contact the hotel, don't do it via the Booking app ("contact the hotel") as it's obviously not answered 24/7. And the best way to cancel is via the cancel button in the app.

Motel One Innsbruck is like any other Motel One in the world. Rooms are small, but functionally furnished, everything is very clean and we had a big window facing the mountains 😊. The breakfast is exceptional, everything you wish for with the attempt to focus on organic products and waste reduction. What I specifically liked here in Innsbruck: the bar/breakfast room is on the 13th floor with a very nice view on the city and the mountains!

Breakfast was a little pricey, but good. Room was very warm. Could not turn on AC due to hotel rules. We opened the window and that helped but the train station is noisy.

Close to train station yet easy to walk to Old Town. Very modern and comfortable. Very clean.

At 3 minutes from exiting the railway station you may find this superb hotel. Motel One Innsbruck is stylish, with every bit of good taste in interior design, and also is soundproof. The tasteful breakfast - at the level 13, where is also the Cloud Bar - satisfy everybody, having a good selection of local specialities. You always should try to drink a beer at Cloud Bar, as the panoramic view worth every penny!

Rooms are small,...tight squeeze if have big luggage. Old Carpets should be changed as could trigger allergy :) Food menu very limited at roof bar,...mainly tapas, so we had to dine outside for all our meals. No other restaurant in the hotel.

Location, Location..next to train/bus station. Roof top bar was excellent with great view of backdrop Mountains and good choices of local alcohol.

Perfect location for when you travel by train as it is next to train station (but well-isolated so not troubled by train noise), close to city centre, amazing view on Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains during breakfast in the 13th floor, where there is also a great bar for the evenings. Temperature of the rooms and bar. I really like warm but it was super hot! I was boiling but i guess it’s a national thing coz everywhere we went inside was boiling hot.
