Stickers on windows — why?! It damaged the view from the room at all!

I would have loved to open a window. There is no phone in the room. The room is small... right size for 1 persoon... for 2 would be too small.

the room was in the 11th floor and had a great view. Staff at the reception was very helpful. I received a kettle for my room. the bed was very comfortable and it was warm in the room

The hotel is good, but the room is tiny. The location is very convenient - being right next to the train station, but the walk to town/food is about 10 minutes. The view from the rooftop is amazing, but only serves breakfast and drinks.

Good location for me: I came on the train with skis and luggage, and all I need is walk 100-150m to the hotel. Soundproof is pretty good, so you almost won't hear the trains.

Room had a terrific view from windows and also from the bar on the top level. Location was also perfect.

Someone had the bad idea of smoking inside the room. When I arrived, had to ask to change my room. However, looks like the forced ventilation between the restrooms are connected, so the smell of smoke was still there. This is obviously not the hotel fault, but this kind of issue is a risk in the hotel, where they rely in a central air conditioning system to deal with the low temperatures and very litle ventilation exists.

The rooms with view to the mountains are a litle more expensive to book, but they are really amazing. It was really nice to see the city from the top in different hours of the day and weather conditions.

Rooms were small but still modern and comfortable.

We loved the location which was very close to the train station (and yet quiet), the comfort and cleanliness, the modern vibe and interesting interior design. And most importantly, the restaurant and the rooms had great views.

Location, a bit far from old city I was givenn a room on 12th floor, it was very noisy during the early hours of the morning preperations for the breakfast on 13th floor,, not for a light sleeper.

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Our room had a balcony with a view of the mountain. The breakfast is on the 13th floor, which has a panoramic view of the city and the surrounding mountains, it definitely worth it!

That I had to use my card everytime I took the elevator.

It was well-situated, close to the train station, and city center. Also I liked the beatiful view from the hotel and the skybar was one of the best places. The rooms were beautifully designed and easy to find. The staff were really friendly and kind.

I wanted to drink coffee on the balcony all alone but I had to wait, even though the seats were free I still has to wait because I wasn't with another person. "Probably because that means that I won't spend lots of money due to the lack of a sitting partner to buy drinks"

Excellent location next to the train station and near old city of Innsbruck but not noisy. Room was nice with nice view and all the amenities anyone would need, but it was a bit small. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast (also breakfast with a fantastic panoramic view of the city.)

The Room looked bigger on the photos on booking.com, but it was enough for a 2 nights on Innsbruck.

This hotel has the best view on Innsbruck. We really liked that the staff let us choose which view we wanted 1 - The city center and Nordekette (Seegrube, Hungerburg and Hafelekar) or 2. Patscherkofel Mountain, Train Station and the other side of the city. We choose the option 1, the hotel let us do an early Check-in and it was perfect to wake and fall asleep with this view. The best was very confortable, the bar (breakfast Room) on the 13th floor was an amazing 360 view. The breakfast was good, but not the best we ever had.
