All was good

Easy self check in, nice and big rooms, all you need in a kitchen. Very clean. Washing machine free to use (at public area). Bed sheets smell nice, all beds prepared. Looks modern and new.

There is nothing that I can say that I did not like.

Motel is easily accessible, easy to find, great location, only 2 min drive from the centre of Bruck an der Mur. This is self service motel, so no staff or breakfast, but there is a vending machine with beverages and bite size food. The room was fully equipped with small kitchen, all that you might need. I loved the check in process, it was very easy. Bad was amazing, very comfortable. Room was cleaned daily. We stayed there for motoGP. It is only 40 min drive from Red Bull Ring, all on highway.

Everything perfect for my needs and taste. Clean, minimalistic, good sleeping, easy check-in with motelomat, parking at the door. Kitchen with only basic equipment, but understandable for this type of accommodation.

There is no coffee maker in the rooms. There are vending machines with snacks and coffee in the hallway. Unfortunately for coins, not cards.

A typical motel for sleeping on the go. Surprisingly, it is not staffed, check-in and check-out are self-contained The rooms have a kitchenette. The motel looks clean, although I saw a huge cockroach on the corridor.

We just wanted a place to sleep on our long trip. Arrive late, start early, so no breakfast usually available at that time, so we brought some porridge, because we've seen that there is a little kitchen... but the dishes was so dirty (someone burnt soemthing in the pots) and there was not anything to wash them, so we couldnt make hot water. There is a so big gap between the door and the floor that the strong light comes into the room so disturbing that makes you wake up if you turn into that direction during your sleep. Also every little noise comes in, so sleeping is difficult. This is just our bad luck, but the check in was ridiculous, we were there almost around midnight, totally tired, in -10 celsius and the automat didnt want to accept our card. We tried all of our cards (each time you type in your details) and nothing. Then we called the service who told us it is because we need to send the vaccination cards to them, after she unblocked our reservation and we were able to pay. We just didnt understand that in 2022 why there is not an english note what should we do and let us trying half an hour in the cold night? Im sure this type of accomodation welcomes a lot of foreign travellers. Sorry, but for us this accomodation was a disappiontment in every way, do not recommend.

The design of the room is nice, the automatic check-in could be useful if there would be a good communication about it.

Wifi was bad (room nr 6) and it felt a bit bleak overall. Maybe partly due to self check-in and no human contact and maybe partly, because the room did not feel very cozy - cold stone floor etc.

Clean and cheap. Self-service check-in without any human contact was an interesting new experience.

Rooms were cold as ICE. No way to raise temperature and no reception nor way to contact them during night. We had a children and we leaved after 3 hours because It was impossible to stay with such a low temperature. The pillows are too big and your head Is never in Natural position. It's too near the street so you era all the noises of Cars traveling. Never again!

Easy check-in, well equipped, very clean room. Extra fee for the dog is 15€, but bowls, a rag and treats were prepared for him 🙂
