It is a little bit of a trek into town. But there is a good mini bus service to nearest lift.

The only thing was sauna towels - they were given to us in the room (1 per person). It would've been great to have had fresh towels available in the sauna so you can get a clean one for the next day without having to go over to reception! :)

Lovely big apartments with all the pots and utensils you need to cook, and great appliances plus a coffee machine! The spa area was great, a big steam room and two big saunas and tea facilities. Nice pool with an outdoor area. Staff were super friendly and the shuttle service to the Nasserein lift was great. Loads of storage in the rooms and heated floors in the bathrooms and great big rain showers.

There was poor lighting in the bedroom which meant seeing in the cupboards was tricky. It should be clear sauna is no costumes

Our apartment was spacious & very comfortable. Staff are most helpful. It was well equipped & the spa was lovely. The shuttle bus works well & taxis are quick and easy to get if required. You need a car to do food shop if like us you are a large group.

We missed a small breakfast restaurant/bar and proper possibilities to dry ski boots in storage room. The one cabinet for 5 pairs of skis was not enough.

Location 🥺 Would prefer if it is closer to the center, where shops and restaurants are. A small kiosk and bakery are 10-12 min walk from the hotel. However, location is not an issue when you travel by car. Pool area would have been perfect if it had had jacuzzi with warm water and bubbles 😊

Apartments are comfortable, well equipped, clean, and cozy, with big living room, fantastic to enjoy meals and evenings with family/friends. Spa area is nice, adults only. Pool is not Olympic size, but big enough even for swimming. Ski lockers have heaters. Pleasent staff, very helpful and responsive. Shuttle from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn ski lift in mornings/afternoons is super useful, means a lot.

Apartment is fantastic, great layout and furnishing. There are some potential improvements, though minor. We found storage limited and not enough places to hang ski gear. Some coat hooks here and there would be great. Pillows too thin and beds slightly too hard to personal liking. Would be great with opportunity to get a basic starter pack for first day in the fridge. Some bread, milk etc. If one arrive late (and in our case on a holiday) stores are closed. There is a bar but it is not staffed (or open). Possibility of a honesty bar or staff at least an hour or two on some days that would be great as well.

I didn’t liked, that people used the sauna with bath clothes, whithout using a towel. It is against the house- rules. In my opinion, staff is very friendly but it is not overseeing whether the guests stick to the rules. We missed necessary cooking-equipment.

The etiquette of other guests in the spa area was disappointing - people were repeatedly not respecting the rules, entering the sauna and steam room in their swimwear (which makes it very uncomfortable for those who are indeed respecting the rules). Some groups of people were also leaving all the doors open of the different spa rooms, letting out the hot air, and talking loudly and continuously in the relaxation room. I tried to report this to reception but the reception was shut on this particular evening. I'm sure they would have helped if they could.

Really friendly staff, they couldn't have been more kind of helpful. Especially Nico at the front desk. The spa area was nice to use after a long day of hiking. The apartments are fantastic, really spacious and well-equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the view was just lovely. There's also a guest laundry room which is super convenient. It's also great that you can get the summer card included with your stay to do guided hikes and other activities. It is worth noting that the walk into town isn't a short one - but it's great because you can get electric scooters into town from a parking bay near the hotel which makes it a lot easier and faster (down from 25 min walk to a 5 min ride).
