We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicFantastic location and accommodation right in the mountains. My wife and I stayed here 5 nights with our 4 kids. Ski in, ski out was perfect for us. And getting all our grear and luggage to and from the hotel was really as easy as loading it onto a trolley directly from the car and wheeling it into the cable car elevator. Everything from there was looked after for us, soo easy. We had half board and the breakfast is great and actually served hot :)) And the food available for dinner each evening is different each night and really really good. Awesome deserts too. There is a Sauna which totally added to the stay and a pool table our kids loved. The manager Tigo and the friendly and professional staff really do a great job in making the stay personable and comfortable. These guys are gooood! Highly recommended!

AustriaI was a bit annoyed that some of the snow parks on the mountain where partly shut but I guess that is to be expected this late in the season. Nothing a few after ski beers couldn't fix tho.
The staff were amazing! Some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across! Always smiling and i felt happy to see you! They made us feel welcome and are proud of where they worked which i think makes a huge difference! I travelled with a friend from my Australian childhood for our yearly ski trip I speak basic German and him none and they looked after us very well understood and could speak great english and where always down for a laugh. We both also thought that the facilities where great and the hotel provided an amazing selection of activities to keep you occupied long into the night if you felt like it whilst also keeping areas of noise away from those you would like to be quite. Such as sleeping where you were unable to hear anything besides what was in your room. Thankyou all for a great stay we hope you enjoyed having us two! I know you know we loved it!

SerbiaBreakfast lacked variety, basically same food for 7 days straight. Other than that all good.
Sauna is nice. Dinner was very good, every evening there was a different menu with many tasty dishes. Staff was kind, manager even dropped us off to the top of the ski lift with snow mobile on the last day since it was raining.

United StatesFigo and his team are truly delightful. They made my family and me very comfortable. My daughter and nieces really enjoyed meeting Figo’s charming cat, Ferdinand. The location of the hotel feels divine - it is serene and stunningly beautiful. This is by far the nicest and most memorable hotel we have been to in Austria.

Czech RepublicShocked from lunch quality.. Drink bar was a little poor quality, and all other "better" drink payable was possible to order from bar. No afternoon snack, no alcohol in all inclusive package. No lemon in breakfast for tea. You need to ask the staff. In buffet (breakfast and lunch) we have to stay queue behind rope. So it was little time spending, when in the beginning of the queue customers was getting drinks only, and other customers came for meal. But they had to wait anyway. We compare it to our Solden trip last year, where it was - Half board package (means 3/4 meal) And that was higher quality. On the way to sauna, on the door was paper sheet to fill until 3pm. So far so good. But the reality was, that only our name was on the paper signed, and in the sauna was plenty of other customers. No one care. Stuff did not care. They said it is not booking sheet, just to know who is in the sauna. Anyway, at the end other customers did not follow it. Confusing.
Amazing location at 1800m above the sea level. Imagine, after dinner you still can go for a walk to see beautiful mountain sunset, and there are no other people. because all gondola lift stop already afternoon. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and we slept very well every night. We really like the stay, and from review we understood that all inclusive meals also include some afternoon snack (ice-cream etc.) and some free alcohol/beer between 7-9pm. That's why we also chose this accommodation. The reality (August 2021) was little different. Not sure what changed, or if some Covid changes, but there was no snack and no free beer. Also the lunch was little shock. Cut left over of ham, cheese, pickled green peppers. Felt like this was from breakfast or something.. From next day we have ordered take away lunch which was packed sandwich, fruit and box of juice. And better option for hiking. Means not necessary to come back to hotel at 12.00 o'clock. So we expected better quality of the All Inclusive meal. Other than this all was great.
