How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There was nothing I dont like about this hotel. Everything in this hotel was easy, efficient, and comfortable.
What I love most about the hotel was its proximity to the international airport in Vienna. It's only 10 minutes walking through the tunnel. So this helped us a lot in managing our time to check in to the flights that we had in early morning. The check-in process was efficient. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable.

We were put in a room for the handicapped, the toilet was not comfortable 😂 Pillows a bit high and hard And the breakfast is expensive if not included

The MOXY is a little further than the NH to the airport. The check in area was confusing for where to check in.
The AC worked which was welcome. The welcome drink was great!

The restaurant was extremely overpriced (triangle sandwich was over 10€).
Very comfortable hotel when you have an early flight or arrive very late. Room itself was quiet and when windows closed, we didn't hear the planes landing nearby. I really enjoyed the lightning system under the bed, that activated to moving so i didn't have to look around in the dark room to find where i can turn on the lights. We enjoyed delicious welcoming drinks in the bar. The vibe in the restaurant downstairs was cool, also the barmens were very friendly and nice to us.

Nice place. Convenient location, within walking distance from the airport, though this means that you are not in Vienna city centre, and would have to take a bus or car into the city. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

Of course it was a bit overpriced due to being the only hotel in walking distance from the airport.
5 min walking from the airport, comfortable beds, fresh and modern apartment. Good sound isolation in room. Breakfast are basic and would expect larger variety of food, but overall it was OK for the start of the day.

While the hotel maintained the playful and vibrant decor typical of Moxy Hotels, with its cool and energetic environment, I noticed that the comfort level didn't quite match up to that of Moxy NYC. The rooms, although impeccably clean and well-maintained, were somewhat less comfortable, lacking some of the plush amenities found in its New York counterpart.
