The food at the hotel was good, staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. The location provides good access to Obergurgl, Hochgurgl and Solden as it has a bus stop directly outside. On a slightly negative point, the WiFi at the hotel was unreliable, and with only 1 English TV channel (BBC1) it was not possible to stream other content when required

We really appreciated that the Otztal card was included in the room price, which saved us hundreds of euros for all attractions around - cable cars, motorcycle museum, etc.

the hot tub wasn’t particularly hot, but that is truly our only criticism. this place is wonderful and everyone should go

everything! close to hiking and mountain biking trails, extremely nice spa facilities, nice outdoor patio/balcony with a hot tub, great restaurant and bar, the dog-friendly atmosphere, the wonderful, absolutely wonderful staff!! cannot rave enough about this place

Dinner was very good but service can take time. The room had no blackout curtains so during summer the light can wake up early.

Very nice and relaxing hotel. Breakfeast quality. The Saunas, pool, whirpool are fantastic but the best remains the amazing surrounding nature and landscapes. A lot of sport activities nearby.

Poor location as most of the area is ski in / ski out. They advertise a free hotel shuttle to the lift and back, but every time we asked they said wait for a bus outside. Afternoon snack is poor compared to all other hotels in Austria, it’s just a slice of cake, not the normal offering you would receive in every other hotel in Tirol, of snacks, cheese, sausage etc Half board is very expensive and same menu every night. Drinks expensive, but you are stuck there.! Pool was cold. I wouldn’t return to this hotel

Restaurant staff seemed stressed and understaffed at peak time at breakfast. Secondary sitting location for rooms without halfboard even with superior room, only adapted after complaining 2x, afterwards friendly. A la card dinner was soso. As a family run hotel i would expect more personality from the owners. Not even a goodbye from the owner when we left. Warm and welcoming feels different.

The staff are poorly trained and communication was struggle as most spoke neither German or English. My son had an infestation of silverfish in his room and the hotel failed to deal with it during our stay. The food is poorly prepared and several of our group had upset tummies during our stay. Most problematic is the management - they do not react well to complaints.

The location was convenient for access to skiing in Sölden, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl as the ski bus stops outside.

The broken bed that took 2 days to fix The dinner service which took ages - and blamed us for not making a request at breakfast - which we did ! The lack of early breakfast (we only asked for 07:20 not 07:30) The cold swimming pool - it seems this place is set for winter but only half open in summer.
