Clean and spacious room, excellent clean towels and linens. There are several bottles of water in the room. public transport stop is next to the hotel. The staff is really nice.

Easy self check-in, very spacious room equipped with a coffee-maker and kettle. Comfortable large beds and clean bathroom. The tram stop is very near the hotel and there is a nice neapolitan pizzeria just downstairs.

Overcomplicated "self check in" and no stuff available to help. We had a hard time coming through the main door to get into "reception" to complete self check in. No code was provided and doors were locked. We were stucked outside trying to get in for over 15mins and lucky someone was leaving the building and let us in, otherwise we would be stuck there for ages with no one answering our messages. We also messeged about charges for minibar in the room but still no answer few days after. Very poor communication which is a shame because apart from that it was great.

The entrance is not barrier free and the mattress is very soft, which is not very comfortable to me.

Room was clean, quite big, separate bathroom, coffeemachine and watter was also included. The staff was very kind and helped me with check in as well as with entering with my baby buggy.

Little bit loudy, really tiny walls. Water, caffe and tea is payed, and there is no info about is or prices - we known that because of booking review.

Really nice room and bathroom, tidy and clean :] Elevator is there! (Looks a little bit scary but don't worry.) Selfcheck is amazing, easy and private.

It is too hot in the whole building and there is no air conditioning in the room. Most of the year it is probably not a problem, but in July it is a bit too hot inside, especially on the top floor. A small fridge would be a great addition to the room since there is more than enough space for it. Parking is 2,5 euro per hour on the street and 2 euros in garage, a bit expensive for a neighbourhood so far north.

Tram 38 is operating 24 hours and the stop is just across the road. There is a good pizzeria in the building. Nice neighbourhood. Quiet. Spacious.

Room 301 didn’t have the AC and it was the top story of the hotel.

Nice cosy apartment with 2 comfortable beds. You can make coffee and tea. Easy check in and check out, did not meet any personal.

There was no possibility to eat breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor. The closest Billa/Spar is 7 minutes walk.

Very good location with good tram connections. The room was clean and spacious. Coffee machine in the room was excellent. Very quiet place and lovely neighbourhood.I felt safe walling also at night. The restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor (L'authentico) serves very good pizzas and desserts.

The rooms are spacious and bright (even though I got the smallest room from our travel group). The coffee machine & pods were very appreciated. Easy access, lovely neighbourhood and very close to a parking garage and a Spar. The pizza from the restaurant on the ground floor is delicious.

Watch out with the parking places. the ones in front of the hotel are short term and need to be paid. We got a ticket for parking there overnight. A info from the hotel would have been nice to avoid the ticket.

Very clean hotel in a nice residential location. The self check-in process has worked like charm. This is perfect for short stay. At the ground floor there is also a Italian restaurant where you can have a decent meal.
