Family room was really good for 3 persons. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean, Bathroom very good and beds comfortable.. Hotel staff where friendly. Hotel location little bit outside city center, but buss stop ib front of hotel.

More as an inprovement suggestion: keep an eye on the breakfast plates and fill up them on time, without waiting for the guests to ask. Private parking space is quite, but it was way to dirty and unpleasant - trash bins not emptied, shopping cart left full with empty bottled right by the entrance. Maybe its because it was Jan 2 right after NY celebrations, but still.

We should have a cattle run room and we haven’t, during the arrival we didn’t have a clear towels in room but it was changed the next day so manageable

Area doesn’t seem like the best. Upon arrival property looks a little run down, but once you walk in, you discover that isn’t the case at all. Not the hotels fault, but on a fairly noisy corner and is you have your windows open you will really notice it.

Super staff, great breakfast options. Amazing shower head. Very spacious room. It obvious that they are upgrading this property bit by bit. Hotel has public restaurant and bar on main floor, that is open most of the time, so there is always access to purchasing food and drinks.

Mattress in bed was hard like a piece of wood. Was challenging to sleep on it. Noise from the street was continuous during the night. Canalization in the shower was clogged, so water stayed in it for more than an hour. (Reported. They promised to repair for the next guest).

Breakfast buffet was OK, especially bakery products. Rooms were ~OK. Air conditioning with mobile unit. There is a lift available, not only stairs. Correct price for the value. Free parking. Frendly asian team runs the house.

A small fridge in the room would be nice. The mattress is too firm making sleep uncomfortable. Good breakfast, however for a second cofffee will charge 2.5 Euros

Internet was not always working from the room (first floor) and tidiness could heavily be improved. The room was quite dusty...

Economic hotel located just outside Sankt Pölten old town with free parking lot - it's very convenient. You can walk 10 minutes to reach the centre. The room was fine, equipped with A/C and private shower. Breakfast was included - wasn't bad nor good - just average. It's a basic place to stay if you're on a budget trip.

Proximity to a main road may be a problem for lighter sleepers. Sankt Pölten’s public transport isn’t ideal, so possibly easier for travellers with a car, although reasonably walkable from city centre.

Very clean. Surprisingly spacious room and a nicely firm bed. Good breakfast with excellent coffee (not an automat!), super shower, and exceptionally helpful, friendly staff.

I would improve breakfast selection

The room was spacious, especially the bedroom, while the bathroom was a bit too small. Nice shower gel and toiletries provided. Breakfast was minimal.
