We had a small issue with the bed linen. There wasn't a bed sheet on the bed when we arrived at 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us, because I always carry my own bedsheets due to allergies. I wrote to inform the owners, and they offered to take care of the problem, but since there was no need I didn't want to bother them.

The apartment is very conveniently located - a 2 min walk to the Hietzing station which has U-bahn, tram, and bus connections. It was on the ground floor in the inner courtyard of a calm residential building. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the small private patio space. There was everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom.

Bright, clean and spacious apartment near underground station and supermarket. Very good area with park around. Kitchen has everything what necessary for cooking, bed is comfy, bathroom has toilet rolls and shampoos, it has own terrace overlooking to peaceful garden. Apartment was very easy to find and delight to stay, definitely will recommend to friends.

The entrance to the apartment and the staircase are secured with a code, and the owner kindly allowed us to check in earlier than 3:00 PM. The apartment is a duplex, and the terrace is more like a balcony. Each room has air conditioning, in addition to underfloor heating and large spacious windows. The building is close to the metro station, and there is a store downstairs. The contact with the owner was good, the only downside being the lack of a mop and vacuum cleaner, or a broom to sweep up trash or crumbs, as well as an extension cord to connect more devices near the bed. There are external blinds on every window. The apartment is equipped with an oven and all kitchen accessories. There is also a big wardrobe. The WiFi is working smoothly and fast, making it ideal for remote work. There is an elevator in the building. I recommend it, and we will surely return on our next visit to Vienna.

This is the best apartment I ever stayed. It is very clean. It has a lot of space and everything you need including washing machine, dish washer. The location is very good. Just besides the Metro station. McDonald's and a supermarket are just around the corner and across a very clean small but bright street. Very safe neighborhood. We walked in the midnight and very early in the morning (before 5) , felt very safe. There were always some normal people around even very late. You see people going to or getting back from work in the station.

The drain of the shower was a little clogged. There were hairs on my pillow case. It seems they were stuck on it even after the wash. No sofa like in the pictures.

Literally, everything was perfect.

The apartment is perfect for couples. It's equipped with everything you need, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very fast to respond and they even made amends to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is also great, there's a cafe right outside, a supermarket across the street and a metro and tram station just a couple of steps away. We will definitely be coming back!

Couple of nights there was some noise coming from nearby club,but wasn't that bad,because of the isolation. The heating was locked in couple of rooms,so when it became cold we could not heat the flat.

Nice and cozy apartment with good location to subway ,tram and bus stations. Nearby is Schonbrunn palace. The flat is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven,kitchenette, two toilets, one bathroom with bath. Two separate bedrooms. Entering and leaving the apartment was amusing with those codes.but clever as well. Windows are big enough with nice view to inside yard. I want to apologize to the housekeeper, cause we forgot a box from a present for my child,cause I noted where the waste room at our departure.

The newly imported equipment is well managed, and the living quality is excellent and quiet. The owner treats the customer as his own family and cares about the instructions and move-in situation every step of the way. The oven, dish dryer, refrigerator, and induction cooker are all from Germany's Siemens. Other electrical appliances are also from well-known brands, and the appliances and kitchenware are complete. The house has a large space, the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all separated, making life very comfortable. The transportation is very convenient, U4, train, bus, and billa are all nearby, and the living functions are very good. Highly recommended, we will be back again.
