The kids swimming pool could be more interesting. It is great for very young kids 2-3 years old, but lacks in my opinion the attractiveness for a bit older kids 5-7 years old.

Overall excellent family resort. Great small houses, very clean and well organized. Spa area and swimming pool were of very high standard. The food in the restaurant was very diverse and gourmet. There is no need to use the car to go skiing, The bus stop is just next to the hotel and it takes you to the cable car in 7 min. On the slopes the hotel has a ski wardrobe, so you can leave your gear there.

Great location, close to the town centre, but at the same time the resort is located at very peaceful and relaxing area. Resort is beautiful and offers amazing scenery. Has multiple saunas and pools. The apartment was clean and cosy!

Nested at the heart of the Tirolean Alps this gem of a hotel is the perfect stay for anyone wishing to explore the region. The concept of small chalets is ingenious, giving it a true village feel! Our apartment for perfect for our family of three, and very well equipped with a spacious dining area & kitchen and a wonderful terrace from which you could relax listening to the river nearby. The pool area is exceptional, with one of the best infinity pools we have ever been in! The wellness area has multiple saunas, catering for all needs, and a lovely relaxation area. It has great facilities for children, including an indoor & outdoor play area as well as a kids pool. The food is absolutely fabulous (we had breakfast & dinner), with mouth-watering mains & deserts every night. The location is great for anyone wishing to mountain bike or ski in the surrounding areas. The staff is very friendly, welcoming & always helpful! We can't wait to go back!

Opening hours of the spa could be until 10pm in order to enjoy it after dinner. Also the front door of our room had glass where people where able to see trough, not so nice 🫣

This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was big, cosy and comfortable. The staff at reception very helpful. They offered us to borrow a bag for skiing for free, as we forgot ours back home. The restaurant was nice and food delicious. Breakfast and dinner both amazing and extensive. Also the spa (saunas and pool) is sooooo good. Definitely a bonus when staying at Feelfree.

Nothing - this place is magical!

Wow! First of all we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Feelfree for the wonderful hospitality and the attentive care and service we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by the lovely receptionists, the friendly bike rental guys and the adventure tour guides were outstanding! The rooms were clean and spacious, the gym was the best we have used while travelling Europe and the wellness centre was the cherry on top. Best vacation ever! Thank you all so much :)

Everything was perfect.

This place is heaven on Earth :)) we have stayed here for two nights in September with our dog and everything was perfect, the property is very clean and conveniently close to hiking trails as well as to the town, we also swam in the Piburger See, the restaurant in the resort is amazing for both breakfasts and dinners, the food choices were many and varied, coffee was also good. We appreciated that each member of our group automatically got their own access card. We will definitely come back!

It would be great if more communication could be done in English. Most of the information and guided tours are in German. But when we asked they really did there best to help us in English and give us extra info.

We had the half board which was great, the food was delicious. The staff are exceptionally friendly and so accommodating. I celebrated my birthday there and was spoilt by the staff.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean accommodation, very well equipped chalet. The wellness facilities were excellent, with hot/cold refreshments. The bathrobes provided with the rooms were much appreciated. The restaurant was cosy, when I asked if there was anything gluten free, I was told almost anything could be prepared without gluten, too. Staff was super kind! My grandchild (baby) and dog were welcome, and made comfortable in the resto. We even got a pot of local honey at the checkout. There was no snow, but the hiking paths were amazing within easy reach all ( and possible to do with a baby in a kangaroo/ buggy.

Very nice staff who helped us in every way during our stay. Also a great and quite location for all types of activities. Close to the ski elevators, ice skating on a frozen lake, … The breakfast was great and dinner was good too.

The temperature in cottage was very hot for us. Difficult to regulate the floor heating system. Had to crack open one window a bit and dial all temperature regulators down. Had to pay extra for our 2.5 kg dog (22€ a day) .

Very nice cottage house with a amazing view of a beautiful valley. This traditional Ethno-Tyrol village style resort lays at the edge of the creek so you can listen to creek's running water. Breakfast was excellent, served traditional locals products. The steak ( local products as well) was one of the best that I was eating in last few years. Dog friendly place that you can use as base camp for hiking, rafting, skiing. The ski lift-gondola,500m from resort, will bring you up at 2200m were you can enjoy different slope level ski pistes and sub-ski lift installations. Will come back when a new infinity pool is opened.

We could not find anything to complain about. It could be cool to have this typical small hotel shampoos etc. but it's not a deal breaker. This hotel is still 10/10.

The stuff was extremely friendly we felt ourselvessuper welcomed, our dog even got a small gift. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, realy worth it, to take the half pension. The view from the room is stunning, the room was clean and comfortable. We got a lot of helpful tips about how to spend our time in this area, even though we don't do skiing... We are definitely coming again!
