Everything was fine. I would only suggest to add a microwave in the kitchen and improve a bit the WiFi connection.

Maria was kind, helpful and flexible. The apartment was clean, big and comfortable enough for 5 guests. And very warm. The kitchen and the toilet well kept and equipped (there is even a dishwasher). Good position.

Generally unimportant things! Carton of milk in fridge would have been nice given our late arrival. More coat hangers and perhaps more towels. But, none of these spoiled our stay. Comments offered constructively.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Location perfect for many of Vienna's many attractions.

It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board available. Also during the summer it would have been very helpful if a fan had been available in each room.

Fabulous, large airy apartment in an excellent location. There is a supermarket a few hundred metres from the property. This property is a fantastic find, it is also great value.

We were not bothered but the wooden doors inside the apartment don't isolate the sound well More soup bowls in the kitchen would be nice

Spacious apartment just at the Museums Quarter in artisan shops district. A bit off the most crowded and priced areas -cute cafeterias and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and metro station just ca 300m from the apartment.

Wifi was very slow.

Perfect location by Ringstrasse and Rathaus Christmas market but also by a funky hip area on the other side. The owner was kind and allowed us to store our bags. Super clean and large.

The apartment had a great location and we could walk to all key sights in town. The apartment is very spacious with two big bedrooms and a nice living room in between. It is located in a really nice neighborhood with lots of nice cafes and restaurants and the pedestrian shopping street within walking distance. It’s quite easy to get from the airport to the apartment with public transportation. Our host was very attentive and answered our requests very swiftly.

The host communication could be improved. The details to get to the apartment were not clear enough. She told that the elevator was working and it didn't. We arrived late in the evening, tired and no parking place available near. The apartment is amazing, but poor maintained. Minimum costs, high profit. The doors do not close properly and the floors are squishy making a lot of noise and the Ikea furniture is not the proper one for this apartment. We only had towels for shower, no towel for hand washing or the floor towel kind when getting out of the shower. Attention to details is minimum, cleaning can be improved, the windows are very dusty. I communicated this feedback to the host and she tried to change the context. Also there is no parking: the nearest and safest one is at the Quartier Museum (5 min walk - 20 eur/ day) and the street is narrow so it was difficult for us to leave/ get the baggage.

An amazing and huge apartment in an old building, near Quartier Museum. I really enjoyed the easy check-in and check-out. The host left for us water and nesspresso pods, which we appreciated. Close to a metro/ bus station and closed to the city center. Lots of coffee shops/ restaurants in the neighbourood.
