NO airconditioner and no decive for heating drinking water and the space for 2 persons is not so large. The price is a little higher according to its service and quality.

Entering apartment after dark hours was a challenge: main switch was not turning lights on next to bed, not standing lamp was on, with the torch able to find the small switches on the lamps to turn on the light. Stained carpets, scratched furniture and dirty TV remote (see pictures). When booking we asked for a late check out (1h later), apparently people who responded to that query were not speaking english at all, as positive response was revoked during check in. And suggested to check with reception in the morning. Hotel phones were not working, so tried to write them in the booking.com in the morning (walking down to the lobby was not an option as the rooms were across the street from the new building), then initial response was negative, then I asked again and 30 minutes before actual check out they proposed a check out 1h later for 15EUR which we did not take due to late notice, but also value for money : it was 170EUR/ per night already. Dirt in the ventilation in bathroom.

We were able to find a street parking next to hotel, which was free of charge on the weekend. Nice terrace with a great view on the rocky hill. Good location in a great city.

As above; a little inconvenient to get coffee/rolls etc. The breakfast if you wanted it was expensive.

Location was ok; just outside the city. The express is across the road from the main hotel. Coffee machine broken so to get a coffee in the morning you had to cross over and negotiate with the breakfast people in the main building. The patio area was good and the room was perfectly acceptable.

The location is great and was the main reason we booked the particular hotel. In comparison with other places in the vicinity it was relatively good value for money. The staff were nice.

There is no fridge. Even a small one to keep your drinks cool would be an improvement. There is no AC so it can be hot in summer.

Quiet area. Large room with a large balcony. Everything works. Staff is friendly. Resonably walking distance from city center. The room was clean.

Arriving at the hotel was very dissapointing. This 'hotel' is in fact an annexe of the main hotel. Entry was by room key. There were no staff based in this building. Their main hotel was fairly close. I had to go there if I wanted a breakfast or needed to talk to staff. I think Booking.com needs to address this issue generally and warn customers if it isn't a 'proper hotel'. Security is also an issue for this type of establishment.

The staff were very friendly The room was of a good standard although I needed a fan to make it comfortable given it was very hot when I was there. The bed was good.
