Great spot in a cool part of town just a few minutes walk to the action of the city. The staff were happy and fun and always ready to help and give advice.

the hotel is quite old and the room had some strange smell, there’s no aircon (even though the hotel provided a fan) and during our stay it was super hot (the opened window didn’t help much but also the room faced a road and it was very noisy. there is no fridge in the room

it’s really close to the city centre, the beds are quite comfortable and the stuff is nice. I asked for a baby cot and they kindly provided it ☺️

The room was not clean - there was dust and hair behind the bedside table. The furniture is old, the bathroom with mould inbetween tiles. The bed was comfortable enough.

Carpet was dirty, no mini bar so you couldn't keep you drinks or food cold.

The room looks different to what I have seen online. It looks old in reality in my opinion. However, there is bus stop right in front of the hotel which is handy. This could be specific to the room that I stayed in, but the draining is a bit slow for both the sink and shower.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room is okay. There is also a very wonderful pasta place nearby if that’s up your alley.

I like the flat pillows in general but these were way too flat even for my like. Also the promised room on the photo looked bigger than the one we had but it was ok.

Walls are tiny. You can hear neighbors in next room talking. Only 1 (one) free electrical socket available in the room just at the entrance to the room. So without few meters of cable forget about charging and watching your phone while laying on the bed.

Location is good, not far from city centre. Easy accessible.

It's just there's ni english channel on the TV, we don't understand the language so we were not able to watch tv with our stay in the hotel.

Room was old, not that clean. Breakfast was scarce, staff was very unprofessional, rushing us through the whole thing because we were the last clients that needed to eat, but we still had 1 hour left. They started taking things away at 9.10 when breakfast closed at 10.00, we barely had time to grab something and had nothing left after we sat down....we felt rushed through it, honestly not good for a 16€ breakfast, I should be allowed to enjoy it.

The staff at the reception was kind enough, the hotel itself was quite close to the main attractions, a 15 minutes walk to the railway for the fortress and a 10 minutes walk to the center.

The extrabed did not work properly, so we could not use it during the night. However in the morning , when I mentioned, they immediatley brought another one.

The service is 10 out of 10. We forgot our Cannon bag and they ship it to us directly! I love this hotel! They also provide us knife when we asked.

The hotel let themselves down as we had to go and ask for toilet paper to be replenished. The bathroom could do with some bleach being used on the mould in some places of the bathroom.

The room was basic and as expected for the price paid. It was warm and comfy. Its location to the old town and only a 5 min walk from the main sights.
