Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandI think that our receptionist qualification were below NH standard. Maybe he had a bad day, but it was extremally unkind.
I am NH hotels great fun. Many times, in NH hotels I had an enjoyable time, and the staff was helpful and nice. This time it was different – the receptionist was unkind, and the room was not ready at 18.30. He did not excuse for such inconvenience and spent more time on the phone instead of trying to be nice for us. It was the first time, so I was very much astonished. All the rest; room, breakfast, car park nearby, was excellent so finally we have been happy, but I hope that I will not see these receptionist anymore.

I liked the location and the style of the building. The room is ok for a few night but it is small. The interior is modern fresh style. The loved tiles on the bathroom The breakfast was perfect wide variation of options. The staff is nice and friendly. I recommend it

Perfect location for a weekend brake in Graz. There is a undeground parking, which is very convenient even if there is no direct lift to the hotel - the stairs are 10m from the main entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was diversified and fresh - everyone will find something tasty for themselves. The staff was very helpful. Great advantage for people travelling with kids is "Kinderspielplatz im Stadtpark", of course when the weather allows. On the other side of the Park on Zinzendorfgasse street there are a lot of reasonable restaurants.

This is a very smart property, business feel to it. Good breakfast - including Kaiserschmarrn for a touch of local character. 10 minute walk to the tram from the station, plenty of nice places nearby. Graz is a great tourist destination.

HungaryBecause of the fix glasswall, it is quity uncomfortable to get in and out of the bath. The mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
The breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods and very good quality. The Team at the Breakfast was awesome. Very friendly, smiling, attentive, helpful, swift in doing their tasks, the ideal people for catering / hospitality business. We do thank them the nice atmosphere they created and granted us. The Team at the reception was also very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

HungaryThey should refill at least the milk for the coffee machine. Our online request of refill eventually was not considered. It’s not the hotel, but be aware: Roaming enabled EV (kWh-based) chargers are located on C floor of the parking garage. Chargers on floor A are a rip off considering the time-based charging.
