good evening, the stay was perfect, the staff was the kindest I have ever seen In a hotel, the lady at the reception helped me extremely much on the morning of departure, because I had some difficulties with some applications, she was kind and very patient and solved the problem. The dinner on the evening of the 27th was to my taste, I wanted something spicy and the restaurant prepared exactly what I wanted, and I must also mention that the staff was very nice!!!! to love!! with a smile on their face they relaxed me after a long day at the airports! if you want to add something, some disposable slippers would be ideal in the room, but I suspect that the costs would also increase, so that's ok! Thank you and I recommend you! Beautiful evening!

Nothing, it was lovely.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and lovely. We stayed on the 4th floor - my husband and I in a king and my brother and father in a twin. While the breakfast is on the pricier end, my father had it and said it was absolutely fantastic- I'm now disappointed I didn't try it too! For an airport hotel I would 12/10 recommend. Thank you for a great stay!!!

The location is excellent! Short 5 minutes walk to the departure hall. Also, the hotel itself is very nice with clean and quiet rooms, you can't hear aeroplanes flying at all. The buffet for breakfast and dinner offers a variety of meals and plenty to choose from. The staff is very professional, polite and friendly.

Forgot to put a cot in our room however this was quickly rectified when we mentioned it to staff & we were also given a cute little baby toiletry set. Outdated corridors

Can't complain about anything

Best place to stay if you must catch an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the terminal in 5min. The rooms are nice with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. We got some free breakfast at 4am which came Handy in, and also our room was upgraded for free.

So convenient! Just across the road from Vienna Airport. We arrived late but there was a well-stocked vending machine for all sorts of snacks and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too! So much choice.

There are not many options to eat near the hotel, and the dining room closed early.

We were in Vienna for a family wedding, and the location close to the airport was perfect. We had to have 3 rooms for our family and the hotel was able to accommodate us with having adjoining rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and it was really nice to store our luggage free of charge on our arrival. We had an early morning flight and didn't want to take our luggage with us into Vienna for the day. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall this was a great place to stay.
