Cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood. A train station and tram stops nearby allow you to reach any destination in Vienna in up to half an hour. Breakfast was delicious. Amazing bed linen🥰🥰🥰

Nothing, we absolutely could not fault our stay here.

We had an amazing big room on the 7th floor, we loved it! The room was spotless, bathroom super clean, and the hotel was really quiet. We loved the location, as the No2 Tram stopped right outside the hotel and within 20 mins you could be in the centre, the train station was just just round the corner, and the local bar and Spar provided amazing food and drink. The hotel staff we really friendly, helpful and approachable. We used the hotel bar once, and enjoyed the seating area, we didn't realise there was a sit out area until the day we left. We didn't use the hotel for breakfast as we picked up a pastry from some of the amazing local pastry/coffee shops, Would absolutely come back to this hotel. Would also be keen to try other hotels in the chain. Loved the décor and the modern feel. Didn't want to come home!

The area was ok.

Clean and nicely equipped (paid) property. The stuff were nice and supportive. Hotel-owned Garage for 20€ a night was fair and spacious.

1. There was no separate room dedicated to bathroom. There was only a space in the room, separated from the whole area by a sliding glass door. 2. No electric kettle, cups, mugs, cutlery in the room.

Railway just behind the hotel. Noisy at night. You have to ask a room not facing the railway.

Very easy access to center town via the tramway with a station just in front of the hôtel. To the airport direct train from a station 200m from the hotel. Great value for the price.

Honestly the pillows were super uncomfortable, also it would be great to have a kettle in the room for international guests especially during winter.

The room was small and cozy for me, loved that. The staff are quite helpful and really nice. Its located right opposite the tram so this made it quite easy to explore. The train station is just 5 min walk away. I enjoyed my stay fully.

I enjoyed tha simplicity of everything and even though nor directly in center of Vienna, it was just a a few metro stops away. A good location and affordable.

The rooms could be a bit larger. The breakfast could have a bit larger selection of vegetables and salads, I found it to be on expensive side for the choices it offered

The beds were disappointingly uncomfortable. The "double bed" is essentially two single mattresses placed side by side.

The location is excellent, easily accessible by car, and a quick tram ride (10-15 minutes) to the old city center. The garage parking is convenient, although a bit pricey. The hotel itself is beautifully and modernly decorated. The staff is decent and willing to help. The separate toilet and shower from the rest of the room were a great feature.

Despite the hotel having a 24-hour bar, it would be nice to have some in-room bar items. Additionally, there was no minibar, coffee maker, or tea maker in the room.

An excellent hotel with an extremely comfortable room, a 24-hour open bar, and a spectacular breakfast that includes a machine that makes hot, fresh pancakes on the spot. The friendly staff provided me with a city map and even recommended some places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.
