We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Outstanding hotel, the staff, hospitality, facilities, spa and multiple saunas were incredible, the room was beautiful and so clean. The location is excellent for skiing, free shuttle to the slopes. The staff individually couldn't do more to make your stay perfect. The food was out of this world, the chef is top notch. I wish I could live here!

UkraineEverything was perfect! Nothing to complain about! Maybe if you find what can disturb you - a hotel just by the church and the ringing of bells will wake you up instead of an alarm clock.
I stayed in a hotel with my family for four nights! Massive room with excellent facilities. Delicious breakfast. The mattress was soft and comfortable. Good bathroom. Perfect spa with sauna and swimming pool. Underground way to Alpineterms. Skistail with dryer. Very accommodating staff! Great location!

The hotel breakfast was excellent, plenty of quality food, for all taste. The staff was extremely polite, always asking if everything was ok, trying to satisfy all your needs. Dinner was also outstanding food quality and presentation, with discrete fine-dinning touches. Congrats to the chef! The reception staff was also very friendly, giving us all the necessary information we needed for ours stay and they were extremely efficient on the last morning when we did the check-out. As an improvement, maybe the receptionist should state it more clearly how to get to the hotel ski room without using the main entrance in the hotel. We had to figure this out by ourselves following other tourists in the hotel, but it was fun for us to find this trick that we will use next time :)

Fantastic location with lovely friendly staff, very clean and well maintained property. Superb spa facilities (both in the hotel and at the Alpentherme community complex). Food was excellent and varied, with wonderful service from the staff. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Ive stayed at many hotels worldwide, and i can say i enjoyed this one the most. Victoria and her family do an amazing job. Its a lovely family run hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bianka who cleaned our room did an amazing job and was so polite and welcoming everyday when bumping into her in the hallway. Anna in the kitchen was great at ensuring our dietary requirements. My 4 year old ran around and the staff were really sweet to him. The food was amazing, the buffet always had some nice suprises. Free access and underground tunnel to alpentherme was great. The hotel provided towels and robes for all of us, including children sizes, and were changed daily. We loved our stay. Very well done Victoria and your team. Great location, great hotel, lovely food, amazing staff. Thank you

AustriaOnly negative thing was, that the shuttle bus back to the train station was quite overcrowded. So not only did it not apply to the official Covid restrictions, but they actually crammed more people in the vehicle then it had seats. The driver was also not interested to wear a mask. The train station is a very short drive from the hotel, so I do not see why they could not split the passengers into two runs.
We stayed at Hotel Norica mainly because of the easy access to the Spa. They have an underground tunnel (shared with 3 other hotels) that grants access to the Spa. Because of Covid, the Spa visit was limited to 3 hours for regular visitors, not so for the Hotel guests though, which was a big advantage. The Hotel consists of 3 buildings at are linked together. We stayed in the Palais and had a nice view and balcony. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast was very good too. Overall very recommended

United KingdomWe were given two rooms with double beds, instead of two rooms with a bed and a sofa bed (as we booked on Booking.com). They had assumed that with four adults that two couples would be sharing beds, but this wasn’t the case. They weren’t able to accommodate us according to the booking.
The location and the spa was fantastic. The shuttle bus to the cable car and the station was great.

Slovakia1. After arrival we didn't get information from Mr. receptionist about possibility of Gastein card for guest. 2. Impossibility choose a table of breakfast from tables which´s are not reservated. Mrs. Valerie of the restaurant staff assigned us one of worse table, although the restaurant was empty. Approach of Mrs. Valerie to us as guests seemed measured. But other staff was very professional.
I appreciate possibility with bathrobe straight into the thermal baths for hotel guests. A sophisticated solution for connecting hotels and Alpentherme Spa. The spa was excellent.
