Was there for a business trip and can recommend it - big room, comfortable, good Wifi, parking. They also have a spa but I didn't visit it. Also I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that either.

Since the price is a little higher, and that the hotel has a spa and wellness, we expected bathrobes included in the price.

The breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. Spa and wellness are ok, and we liked the idea with the airplane restaurant and bar.

Cold jacuzzi in the sauna area ... we are regular guests and this was the first time that the jacuzzi was cold for two days! Hopefully, they will fix it soon.

The staff found a great solution for us two and all were very friendly.

The kids play room has to get a do-over, it was in a bad shape already 2 years ago. Toys broken and missing, carpet seems unclean, the walls damaged. The staff's German / communication skills were only okay-ish. Fee for parking quite high for that remote part of Graz.

Nice rooms and great view to the unique display of a real airplane (one of two) on the hotel's roof. Nice indoor pool for the kids.

not about rooms, but the lightning in the Bar could be darker :)

It's a nice and unique place for relaxing after long trip (we were traveling to Crotia from Berlin) and decided to stay in between. Airplane on the roof attracted our attention. The fact, that there is a SPA and swimming pool in the hotel adds a lot of point, because helps you to relax and prepare for the next trip.

I love the place, the parking was complicated for a hotel guest. I don’t mind the price. The gates are complicated, especially when you leave before the main desk is open, thank you It was never like this before they added the new structure. 🤔🤔

In the spa only naked people even though there are separate zones for people with bikini/without bikini. But naked people are everywhere

The bed was very comfortable, parking nearby is for 12 eur/24h and it is allowed to be with dogs for extra fee

A taxi from the hotel to the center costs 17 Euros. Worst of all, the hotel's restaurants are closed on Sundays and Mondays. This is completely incomprehensible. We were very disappointed. The elements in the children's playset were often non-functional.

An interesting hotel not far from Graz with a restaurant in planes, located above the hotels and with swimming pools and saunas.

The hotel was far away from the old part of town where we wanted to go. We took a cab from there to the old city and took a bus back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room so that was a disappointment.

My husband is an airplane lover so he thought the hotel was great. We both enjoyed eating dinner in the airplane and he liked sitting in the cockpit of both planes. The view from the rooftop bar was also nice. The front desk staff was helpful.

The room is large, a balcony with a view of small gardens. There is a small kitchen that can be used when traveling for a long time. A large closet (room). Breakfast is good, varied. You can eat dinner in 2 planes on the roof, the bar menu is not extensive, but the attractive waiter only reinforces the positives. emotions while eating on the plane

It would have been nice if they’d left a water bowl for our dog. The room has no air conditioning and we stayed in June, so it was hot. I didn’t like that it cost an extra €12 for car parking and €15 for dog.

Great location for what we needed. Clean and tidy with a mini fridge in our room. They accommodated our dog by covering the couch in a sheet.

The swimming area in the ground floor is dark and not so amazing like the 4th floor. It could be improved with the lighting, perhaps people want to go there

The room, breakfast and facilities are excellent. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but it has everything we need. The spa on 4th floor is amazing but not kid friendly, of coz we understand. They also have a family pool in the underground floor. The aeroplane idea is great, my kid loves it

Nothing specifc

Re Location: Nice hotel good connection with the Bus (5 mins walk to the bus stop) to the center of Graz (Jakominiplatz). Re Room: A bit outdated but good and comfortable Re Bar: very unique and nice Re Spa: nice one with a lot of options (sauna (3 options), Steam Room, InfraRed back, medium size swimming pool, outside jaccuzi). For non Europe traveller, it is a FKK or Naked SPA (of course you have your towel around you if you wish)
