I think that the free cleaning service should de added on stays longer than 3 days and not as it is now on 7 days.

Very clean and good maintained property. It has everything you need for perfect and relaxed stay. The location is very near to metro station and close tk the center. There are a lot of facilities. The communication is perfect and they are very friendly and responsive on time.

It was warm in the unit, and the AC wasn't working, so we slept with the windows open. Some of the other residents were unreasonably loud in the evening and morning hours while going in or out of the complex. It was a bit annoying. They are signs on many places about quiet hours, though.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. A toaster would have been a nice option, but the lack of it was not a deal breaker. The vibe was superb. :)

We were very impressed of Numa apartment. The front door is open with code, there are a lot of signs to locate where are your apartment. The building is very clean. The apartment have modern decorated rooms and well equipped, you have everything you want for a longer stay -Nespresso machine, washer&dryer machine, dishwasher(and tablets provided for both), iron, hair dryer, washing liquids. There are three rooms - kitchen, beautiful living room, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-fi is excellent. The location is great and has a nice paid parking in the underground. Location is nearby the metro station and bus station. It is very close to good restaurants, cafes, patisseries and the shopping street. The support on WhatsApp was kind and fast to answer. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the room, easy to check in and check out. We will come back again. P.S. I'll be good to have a broom and dustpan set to clean the floor.

I wanted to clean a bit, but there was no broom

We stayed for 5 nights with a baby and a kid. The apartment was very convenient, well located, designed beautifully, and had almost anything we needed. The support on WhatsApp was kind and fast to answer. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

There was some noise from neighbours late at night (loud stumping and water gurgling) which bothered us a bit but wasn't a big deal. The shower is hard to operate. Just not intuitive with two separate spigots for the hot and cold water so unless you master it, you are likely to get a splash of cold or hot water when shutting it down. Again, not a big deal.

I loved that there was no human check in. It is much more efficient that way. The appartment was very spacious, new, clean and bright. The location is fine. steps away from MariaHilfstrasse. It is on a busy street but the isolation was good and we could barely hear the traffic.

Everything was wonderful

It was a wonderful place! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment! The beds and pillows was so comfortable 🤍 All the time we had online assistance, easy acces to the room, easy to check in (1hour earlier) and check out, possibility to store luggage on the day of check-in and check-out, which was extremely convenient for us. Very good location. We will come back again.

Our check-in time got delayed by 1 hour because the room was not ready. This spoiled our initial experience as we were travelling with 2 small children and needed the room. No compensation or apology (apart from the chatbot) was given.
