The apartment does not have AC fitted. The Numa app claims that there is air conditioning for the apartment, there is no Air Con. There is a thermostat for underfloor heating but it didn’t really do anything when turned to 10 or 15 degree. What’s time-wasting was that the customer service team on WhatsApp believes that there should be an air con, and they were trying to help solve the issue, but we ended up going around in circles, total waste of energy and time. The temperature was high and the apartment was really stuffy and hot despite having the windows open. We did not sleep well for 4 nights as a result. I think the idea of a AI chatbot is generally a good idea, but the output is only as good as your input. If the apartment spec is not right /coherent, how is customer service (either a bot or offshore team who has never seen the apartment) supposed to help the customer?

The location is great. Between 2 underground stations, and walking distance to the main shopping street in Mariahilf, as well as towards the historical centre. It’s 1 minute walk to a very nice playground next to the aquarium, very convenient for families with young children. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it has been relatively quiet as the other occupants have been respectful, and the fact that for 2 out of 4 nights it was raining so people could not have used their terrace and socialised outdoor (hence less noise in the communal area). The apartment is spacious enough, and has a washer/dryer. There is a basement where you can get replenish fresh towels and sheets, as well as lockers (though we didn’t have the chance to utilise the lockers).

Very good location, walking distance to main Museums and Hofburg, metro station nearby. Great solution with luggage lockers, very helpful if you arrive earlier or leave late. Our request for earlier check-in was fulfilled. Apartment was clean, modern and had all the amenities. I recommend that place.

+ Apartment wasn't just clean, it was PRISTINE. + New, modern, and bright apartment. Well-supplied (tea, coffee, washing detergent etc.) and well-maintained unit. + Close to bus stops, and walking distance to metro station. + Location also surrounded by several nice cafes, and close to supermarket. + Plenty of space for 2 people. + Washing machine + dryer combo. Drying rack and iron also available. + Self-service luggage storage and 'essentials closet' provided. + Responsive and friendly team - communication was a breeze.

No front desk and no personnel available during the weekend or at night. If you don't mind AI this is a very good place to stay. No towels replacemernt in the room

We could hear some sounds coming from other apartments or the front door opening and closing. It was a bit scary at night because I thought someone had entered our apartment in the middle of the night, which was not the case. But the fact you use pin codes makes you wonder if someone else could have received the same check-in info as you. Would be good to have a way to lock the apartment door from the inside.

Great location and easy check-in and check-out process. Couldn't be any simpler. We did everything online and on the first day just went up to the apartment.

we could hear the people talk in the patio all night (but hotel provides earplugs as well :) ) and it was really hard to open the windows while cooking(which was advised by the hotel) because of the bugs. I wish they had these mashes to prevent bugs from coming in or provided some pesticide in the room.

Location was VERY CENTRAL and home was exceptionally clean. the storage option before and after the stay made everything easy for us. its really close to metro station which was a blessing. Lastly and most importantly beds were so comfy that ı need to learn the brand. :)

There is a stove but you can’t really use as the fire alarm is really sensitive and you have to pay if the firefighters come if activated!

I think that the free cleaning service should de added on stays longer than 3 days and not as it is now on 7 days.

Very clean and good maintained property. It has everything you need for perfect and relaxed stay. The location is very near to metro station and close tk the center. There are a lot of facilities. The communication is perfect and they are very friendly and responsive on time.

It was warm in the unit, and the AC wasn't working, so we slept with the windows open. Some of the other residents were unreasonably loud in the evening and morning hours while going in or out of the complex. It was a bit annoying. They are signs on many places about quiet hours, though.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. A toaster would have been a nice option, but the lack of it was not a deal breaker. The vibe was superb. :)

We were very impressed of Numa apartment. The front door is open with code, there are a lot of signs to locate where are your apartment. The building is very clean. The apartment have modern decorated rooms and well equipped, you have everything you want for a longer stay -Nespresso machine, washer&dryer machine, dishwasher(and tablets provided for both), iron, hair dryer, washing liquids. There are three rooms - kitchen, beautiful living room, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-fi is excellent. The location is great and has a nice paid parking in the underground. Location is nearby the metro station and bus station. It is very close to good restaurants, cafes, patisseries and the shopping street. The support on WhatsApp was kind and fast to answer. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the room, easy to check in and check out. We will come back again. P.S. I'll be good to have a broom and dustpan set to clean the floor.

I wanted to clean a bit, but there was no broom

We stayed for 5 nights with a baby and a kid. The apartment was very convenient, well located, designed beautifully, and had almost anything we needed. The support on WhatsApp was kind and fast to answer. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
