We loved the place. We are 6 people family so we took the big apartment. The rooms are super cozy and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna are great. But the most important thing, the stuff are amazing and helped us with every ask we had.

We didn’t get an extra blanket for the sofa couch. I probably could have asked for one but it worked out fine. You have to reserve breakfast if you have the apartment with the kitchen. We had a bunch of people but didn’t stay very long so easy breakfast would have been better.

We had the best view of the mountains from our room. The lady at the front desk was amazingly welcoming and helpful. The steam room was my favorite amenity. Park I g was free. Walking distance to everything. Pool was small but we still had a lot of fun. It was on the quiet side of the little train station. Other hotels were right in the middle and might have been louder with less of a view. We really enjoyed our time.

The mattresses were a bit too soft for us, but that’s the only thing we can „complain“ about. ;-)

We loved the eggs for breakfast! Probably the best eggs we have ever ordered. Plus, the variety and quality was very good. Our room was a bit small, but very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and the massage I got from Anja was excellent, too. Perfect for an after-hike-treatment.

The property is very focused on giving a luxurious experience. However it was very not generous in many trivial hospitality details. There was no free water bottle or coffee capsules in the room on the first day. We rented an apartment and when we got it we were surprised that it did not include any cleaning service. We then realized that we actually got a suite and a joint room instead which were not so convenient for a long stay. They were supposed to receive free cleaning but because they were sold as a substitute for an apartment we did not get that. This was annoying and did not feel honest. So we got the short end of both sides. The bathroom shaker did not have a door and the plumbing was clogged. When we complained the property manager compensated us with 40 euros waiver of the city tax. When we mailed the management we did not receive any apology at all. It did not look like anyone cared. They should have investigated more in simple courtesy than in pretty armchairs…

The location is convenient the view is nice the furniture is luxurious.

Very unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome and as if we were disturbing the staff there. One employee who works at the reception in the afternoon was very nice. Otherwise, we were given the feeling that we should be as invisible as possible. The morning after New Year's Eve we arrived about 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and Christian Wolf and his colleagues told us several times that we should hurry and that they were closing now. Finally, at 10:25, they started closing the buffet. All in all, we were very dissatisfied with the price-performance ratio and would not recommend this hotel to any guest who values hospitality.

Good location, near to center. Broad selection at breakfast buffet and „open bar“ the whole day.

my Room located in the basement with Zero view and besides the hotel cleaning ironing room!! This really not professional action by the hotel .. I have asked the receptionist to change my room and as per my check there were available rooms on that dates and I have accepted to even if there is a difference in the price I will pay it however the receptionist girl was so rude and the answer was “ No we can not help you “ The price for the room was doesn’t worth the type of the room at all. This my worst hotel stay and experience in my life.
