The building next to the hotel is a construction site so when we arrived we couldn't rest well between 14-16 because of the notice (mid April 2024). A possibility for an extra pillow in the wardrobe would have been appreciated for people like me that sleep on harder and higher pillows. If I could stack 2 would have been better for my sleep. Unfortunately I did not sleep well regardless the nice conditions and the calm and relaxing environment at night. I can't think of any other suggestions or comments.

The location, luggage room available from 9:00 until check-in. It was supposed to be a small double bed but I believe it was 140cm so we were really comfortable. The shower and water in the romm were good since the toilet was outside the romm (which has never been a problem). The hotel was fully booked but it did not feel much like that (only on the last night I heard the people above us walking). An elevator is available so it wasn't a problem with the big luggage. We liked our small and budget friendly room!

Had a bit of an issue with the self check in machine as it swallowed my bank card, however staff were very helpful in getting access to the room and retriving my bank card. The bed could have been a little more comfy but other than that everything was great.

Great location, only 10 minutes from the station that takes you to the airport and even closer to the underground. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by as well. Went for a room with a bathroom and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy enough with plenty of space in the room for 2. Considering how close we were to some of the main attractions of Vienna it was good value for money also.

The price was overrated compared to the room. The location is good but there was no soap and the cleaning could be better.

The location is not bad. You can walk to the city center in 15 min. Moreover, it was the closest hotel to the train station which took us to the airport.

The room was clean at first; however we hang the cleaning doorknob which said that the cleaning would only be if you hang it within the period of 10-14:00. However, when we got back to the room, it was not cleaned and the staff has not shown up.

It was calm and relaxing atmosphere. The check in/entry to the building process a little confusing but not a big problem.

The room was very warm, thank you very much! Cost=quality absolutely. It is very close to the train station, the location is great: there are shops and restaurants around. Registration is easy, personal is friendly.

Very early check out time which was a little disappointing. And shame the room didn't have tea/coffee making facilities as this made the stay difficult. It wouldn't take much to add a kettle/cups and making the room more comfortable.

A few rooms are with a shared bathroom, be carefull while browsing for the right room.

Nice place to stay a few days. Perfect placement, near the city center, quick and easy from the airport and the subway. Self check in easy to use and perfect for privacy.

The rooms are generally clean but in toilet the drain was a bit dirty and on carpet a bit of stain marks. But nothing big to worry about. Nice value for money

The building is nicely renovated from the outside, but could use a bit of renovation on the inside. It was OK but could change the carpet, shower head, phone, etc.

Nice staff, everything is very clearly explained for the check-in. It's nice that you can self check-in. Place is close to the metro.
