How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Glass doors on toilet and bathrooms were bit too much for a family room. For single occupancy its fine but I think it should’ve been a proper door for family or other shared space.

Allaround glass door on the bathroom. We did not spot this on the photos so pay attention.
Great location for our family road trip! The breakfast was great, much better than expected.

Suite was very modern, but more as office, 4 m high, no windovs to open, space must be covered with curtains all time..so you live betwen wall and curtains in 4 m high space:( Rooms are much better

Transparent shower and toilet walls are not a suitable option for families with children. The toilet is so small that you have to leave the door open when using it. The smell of food and cigarette smoke in the corridors and on the ground floor. The spaces between the tables are very small in the dining room: it is difficult to pass and sitting next to sneezing or coughing people half a meter away is not fun.
Big bed near big window, nice view, good sound insulation from street noise.

A small but very nice room with enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The shower/toilet area was in the room but with a fully transparent view allowing for little privacy. Very nice staff.

Room was super tiny for a 3 person family and tall husband. Super overpriced. Also, breakfast not worth the money. Breakfast room very ugly.

Interior and exterior was very well kept, clean and modern. Parking was available right in front of the hotel, which made check-in even easier. Side note: parking spots are rather tight, might become problematic for huge cars. Staff and amenities are lovely. Be advised the business room is tight. So if you can manage, when traveling together, only bring one suitcase or else the room will be cramped. We were just passing (stayed 2 nights) and had quite some luggage for out upcoming trip. The room was too small for all of it. Breakfast buffet is european standard with good quality food. If manageable try not to cut it too close to the end, as approximately an hour before they will slow or cease refills of certain foods. And if your are like me and love your veggies and cheese plate for breakfast, this might dissatisfy you. Regarding sauna and indoor golfing: the host will be happy to prep it for you. Just be advised: if the sauna is not switched on, it will taken about 20min before it is ready for your enjoyment. Also the sauna will fit 4 people comfortably, so you might have to wait your turn. Note: its a nude only sauna (especially noteworthy for our Italien fellows)!

Unfortunately no vegan option, like no vegetables milk, I should buy one by myself. The room modern and beautiful, but it was not possible to open the window, my partner felt claustrophobic, the owner give us an older room with balcony though.
Very clean, modern and cosy place. The owner was nice and always happy to help. The sauna is amazing!

room was a bit small, one large bed for three people. toilet had transparent wall, so not for the faint hearted. Only for those who really love to share intimate moments.
Location for Drava cycle path, very friendly staff and very good breakfast. Coffee/hot drink machine always in action and free.

Airconditioning (cooling) didn’t work which effected Very much to quality of sleep. Room could be bigger for 2 adults and 2 children (one extra bed on the floor), and when the cooling didn’t function, you know how it is…
Good location near the highway. Manu options to pick up food before bedtime, if you want just get something to Eat quickly. Coffee/Tea were free of charge even later in the evening.
