Fantastic apartment, everything is new and of high quality. The rooms are very spacious. The location is excellent, about 50 meters from the tube stop. The roof top terrace is an added bonus. It was a lovely touch that coffee capsules and other necessities were provided. We will definitely stay here, if we come to Vienna again.

Modern, clean & very spacious apartment, we loved the view from upstairs balcony watching the sunrise. A few restaurants & supermarket outside the apartment was very handy. The location was amazing 2 min walk to metro station & only 2 stops from centre of Vienna or 4/5 stops from main Wien station from where you can catch the airport train. We had amazing stay, our host even made it possible for us to checkin a few hours early as our flight arrived early morning. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again for a return visit

The flat is very clean and comfortable. We could find everything we needed. We were mostly outside during Christmas tme, but when we are at flat, we really enjoyed our stay. We had our morning coffee and talk at sunny terrace. We were 3-person, and one of us slept on the sofa in living room. It was comfortable. Only bad luck is the 2 blinders there were out-of-work, so couldn’t sleep after sun-rise. It is very close to u-bahn station and only 2 stops to Stephanplatz. It was very easy to come from Cenrtal Train Station and also only one train from airport. I really recommend a stay at this property.

Unfortunately, the flat condition is not as great as it was during our first stay here a half year ago. Travelers sometimes are not very careful with the property. Also, I would suggest the host give some more attention to details. For example, there was a cleanser in the kitchen but no sponges. The soap in the bathroom was mixed with water and finished after 1 day. There were no capsules for the coffee machine. (Writing this because during during our previous stay, there were no these small issues)

We are staying at this property for the 2nd time already due to its perfect location and transportation around. Plenty of really good restaurants for breakfast and dinner around. The host was very supportive and helped us with all the questions that we had during our stay.

Nothing really. We didn't use the roof terasse, it didn't feel private.

The apartment is clean, bright, and everything is of good quality and well-functioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, we did our own cooking several evenings. The sofabed in the livingroom was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on (I slept there for five nights). It is very easy to get to the city center, the U-bahn station is two minutes walk from the apartment.

Just very minor details with the kitchen extraction fan being too loud needing attention. The WC door hinge was loose and difficult to lock. It would be nice also if the bathroom had its own lock. It took us a while to figure out that all the windows had their own electric blinds!

Metro station was a stone's throw away from the property - excellent location, and very close to central attractions. The property had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. All the rooms were very spacious and the AC was reliable, easy to operate and much-needed. Furnishings were tasteful and very new. Property was quiet with hardly any noise from neighbours. The rooftop balcony was an added bonus - we really enjoyed soaking in the views with a drink after a long day of sightseeing. The owner was informative and friendly, and responded promptly to our questions with a clear line of communication. Overall, great value for money and would highly recommend!

There's some street noise at night when the windows are open (loud conversations etc) but the apartment has air con so the windows can be closed even in the summer, which blocks the noise out completely.

Location really couldn't be better - a few steps away from the U1 and only 10 mins walk to Schwedenplatz, the Donaukanal or the Prater. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with strong internet, so good for a working holiday. The roof terrace is gorgeous. Very comfortable bed too! Excellent communcation at all times.

when we checked in, we understood that there was no cleaning at all(dirty towels, bedding was not changed after previous guests), but host reacted quickly and cleaning service came quite quick

I was very happy with the flat. It is conveniently located on U1 metro line in just three stations (or a 25-minute walk) from the Opera, four stations from the Vienna International Centre and 7 minutes of slow waking to the Praterstern Station where S7 trains from the airport arrive (26 minutes from the aiкport, just 4.30 euro). It is only a couple of minutes walking to Nestroyplatz U1 station. There is several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, all shops close at 20.00, but BILLA at Praterstern is open till 22.00. It was very conventient that guests may get the key without arranging a meeting, just following the owner's instruction. The flat is very quiet, only the nearby church chimes at 8 a.m. every day, which was quite a nice touch. It is on the top floor (an elevator comes right to the courtyard, no need to climb stairs), so it is full of sun light in the morning, and there is a skylight window in the bathroom (there's a bathtub and two washbasins). The flat is quite spacious, with a bedroom and a big kitchen/living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove, etc. There is a double bed and a foldable reclining chair in the bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen. The blankets and cushions are in matching green colours and there is a soft rug near the sofa. In the bedroom there is a desk and an open wardrobe. There is also a terrace on the roof,but it was too cold for us to use it in February. Everything in the flat looks nice, new and functional. When staying there you really may focus on enjoying Vienna and feel yourself at home.

This is a very clean, quiet and modernly furbished apartment. It is also very conveniently placed, near metro and train station. The host is very discreet. I wish I could have stayed more.

Range hood makes loud noise. No cooking oil/butter for my steaks. No dryer.

Clean and up to date modern furnishings. Very convenient two minutes walk to subway entrance, two stops to city sightseeing center and two minutes walk to super market- Billa. Downstairs corner has an Asian food market which is a plus. Restaurants and cafe are also conveniently located around the street corner. All utensils, glasswares and cleaning supplies are included. I definitely will stay at this place again on my next visit to Vienna.
