* TV channels did not work. Although addressed to staff / front desk on day two the majority of the channels, esp the Austrian ones, did not work and the issue was never fixed (all I got was shoulder shrugging from a staff member when addressed). * I had to request extra towels several times as well as soap, paper towels for kitchen. * Given the property is at the market place, hotel should provide better parking options. I did park once at the garage, however upon asking for an “exit ticket” I was told it would be cheaper if I paid personally when exiting given the “short” period I stayed in the garage. ($17 for ~3 hours was the cheaper option) On a positive note, I met the building owner Mr. Musil who I had a very pleasant chat with.

The pictures are NOT accurate. There is no couch and no lounging chair in the living room. It’s very awkward and there was no place to sit except a dining table. They need to work on decor and get more accurate photos.

Nice and light room, with little kitchenette. Spacious bathroom, rain shower. The building is so stylish, very beautiful. We stayed 1 night, a Sunday and we could park on the street, right in front of the building. Good location, in the city centre, you can go to the restaurants by food. You have to collect to key at the hotel, 2 streets away. If you like breakfast, it is also at the hotel.

Half of the staff was very nice and helpful, the other half was rather impolite and unreliable. I made arrangements prior to the stay and these were granted by the staff - but none of them were fulfilled as promised.

Beautiful and extraordinary interior design in Palais Musil. Very clean, well equipped apartments. Perfect location for a stay in the city center. Saturday mornings a lovely food marked takes places directly in front of the building. We celebrated a calm and fancy hen party there - and had a blast. We would definitely book again.

we were not informed that the apartment was far from the hotel. No water for drinking in the room.The building were the apartment is really difficult to find to get inside and very dark, with all the suitcases we had to walk a long way from the hotel. Really not worth the price of the room.

We originally booked a two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the water in the apartment so they offered us a wonderful apartment Maisonette in the main hotel (Sandwirth Hotel). I can fault nothing with the apartment. it was spacious and beautiful with great facilities

First of all: no free parking. We had to park in a public parking next to the hotel and we payed 20 euros for that. The room that was given to us was NOT on the main building. We had to march on the streets to go to another building (at night, with all of our luggage and kids) where our romm was. The building was creepy when we entered it. On the room keys of was written it was on the 1st floor, but after trying to open all the doors of the rooms we saw, we realized it has to be on another floor. It was on the 2nd floor. The room in itself was clean, but too big without need. The bed was not comfortable. The next day, we had to march across the streets again (and we had the misfortune of it being on a street market day) to have breakfast on the main building. Breakfast was ok. Then we had to go back to our room and march across the market to attain our car in the public parking lot... Not nice at all. Not deserving of 4 stars.

We were surprised that er were brought to another location. Palais musil is a 10min walk from the main hotel which we didn't expect. We really wanted to stay in the main building. Very disappointing to have to walk for about 10min to get to the breakfast buffet.
