It should be a bit more cleaner. Dishwasher and dishes requires more cleaning and the same for some other parts of the apartment or bed sheets.

Spatious, bright, clean and comfortable appartement with private underground parking (paid additionally). Big, well equipped kitchen. Peaceful surroundings, tram station near the building, underground train station 10 min walk away. Supermarket Spar and dm a minute away.

Very large apartment, well equipped, very clean. Huge balcony with seats. The host waited at the time we scheduled with the key. There is tram line few hundred metres from the building that takes you the Center ( line d, 4-5 stations from there), for kids -huge park right across the street with very nice Caffe. Huge supermarket in the corner.

Great place, clean and tidy. Close to a tram stop and supermarkets. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Our bed was really comfy, our son's was a bit hard, but he didn't complain much :) Definitely recommend.

Communication with the host was very easy and fast. Great for children because there is a playground right downstairs. It's really close to line D which takes you downtown.

The kitchen is well equipped, but there is no welcome drinks/snacks or other basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) for cooking. Cleaning equipment is also missing.

Great location for families travelling with children, a large playground in the neighbourhood, shopping possibilities, and quick access (15 min) to the city centre. Easy to get there by regular train + tram (D) from the airport. The apartment was very quiet.

The property was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. it was situated in a nice neighbourhood with the tram stop to the city just 10 min walk away. there was an Inter Spar 2 minutes walk away too which also had a cafe that served delicious, value for money meals.

There was a washing mashine but could not find the drying rack. Missed a waste sorting instruction. There were no bedside lamps in the small bedroom. The sofa bed was uncomfortable (as expected).

Very nice, spaceous and, modern apartment with balcony in a residential area. Lots of storage space. Close to public transport and grocery shop. Separate bed linens in the double beds (not one large sheet and one blanket etc).

The fridge was loud sometimes because it hit the cupboard and all were shaking. It would be better to know in advance about the parking is 15 EUR/day or 2,5 EUR/h on the street, which fine but it should be included on the price or subscribed in the infos.

The host did not come the bulding at the agreed time point and we waited for around 20 minutes in the cold, strong wind and rain!!! Although the weather was bad, the host should consider this situation and come in a good time. The host did not response the message rearding the function of dish washer. This is unpolite to the customer, I think! It is strange that the telephone number given in the Booking app is from Bulgaria!! The toilet urinal design is not good and ventilation is bad!! Therefore, the service needs great improvement.

If you stay in summer, note there is no air conditioning and it can get very warm inside. We were waking up due to the heat. We tried airing the apartment in early morning, but it still was very warm towards the evening and night time.

Very friendly host. It's a good location next to a park, good connection with a tram or coming by a car. Well equipped apartment with washing machine and dish washer. Nice balcony. Two playgrounds right next to the building. Underground parking is a plus
