Great views even when the clouds rolled in Perfect for walking around the lake or getting in the lake Staff were all amazing really friendly and helpful Free fruit at reception to enjoy Breakfast had a great selection and they cater for vegan and gluten free people very well We got an upgrade to our room (we were there in the shoulder season)

Tried hard to come up with anything unliked but struggled. Perhaps corridors and room could have had some art pictures on the walls rather than being a little spartan...but that's hardly a criticism. Hotel would benefit by having a spa facility.

Location perfect. Views stunning. Short walk into St. Gilgen. Easy road access to Salzburg and Salzkammergut. Breakfast buffet exceptional. Room very spacious. Hotel throughout very clean. Had a few dinners during stay and quality excellent. Most impressive thing about our stay was the service provided by Mark, who seemed to have a wide range of responsibilities but fulfilled them all with politeness and a smile. Best asset of the hotel.

cleanliness, the view in balcony, bathroom, breakfast. it’s quiet and safe, environment is marvellous. Next time would like to spend at least two days here.

No fans in the room. It was quite warm during our stay and the room would have benefited from a fan especially for sleeping.

The location is gorgeous and the boat house is a perfect spot for rest , relaxation and swimming. The breakfast room is tremendous!

Bath tub was tall and a bit slippery and shower head was in completely the wrong location. Bath mat was no where near big enough to cover the amount of space that water drips out. Breakfast galley was cramped.

No facilities for little kids. But there’s a good playground in 10 minutes walk along the shore.

Sight from the terrace is just magical - the hotel situated in one of the most beautiful places in the world, no kidding! Services, personnel, facilities, breakfast - all just perfect! Special thanks for working heating even during summer - the week we were there it was very chilly and rainy, but warm and cosy in the room. Another big plus is direct exit to the shore, where we could securely and easily keep our SUP-boards. Highly recommend to have a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, also.

Lack of air condition and/or fans in a hot period of several days. WiFi at the rooms and at the public area was weak all the time. I have measured the WiFi power and it was bad. Price was high compare to the above missing facilities. Location: Hotel location is at the edge of the place around 800-900 meter from the city center.

Great bedroom with fantastic view of lake and mountains. Great location, walkable distance to the town. Half board menu was exceptional, couple with great service from all the staff.
