Though the food was excellent, not the same can be said about the waiting staff who messed up the bill rather badly, and it took a fair bit of time to rectify it all.

Brand new hotel, a very spacious room, everything nicely designed except maybe the open shower area in the bathroom - not sure about that. Good breakfast and top marks to the restaurant chef - a la carte dishes were unexpectedly good at the dinner.

The staff and the fact that the restaurant was closed without letting us know beforehand. We chose this hotel BECAUSE it had a restaurant since we were travelling with a 7 year old and a one year old baby in the winter. The staff could see we were shocked when they told us about the restaurant but they didn’t seem to care.

I have called for the wellness no one told me that it is for naked person while I clearly told that I take this hotel for the wellness

Only the room was high tech, the sauna was with naked people, also the breakfast was a disaster, no bread no egg, we had to ask , even no enough space to sit to eat, only 2 coffee machine for a lot of people, when you ask you need to wait more as 45 min to get bread

Location was not particularly suitable for leisure trip. Hotel restaurant was closed on my arrival day, local restuarants very limited and most of them also closed on Mondays.

The four-star hotel's restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. So it's impossible to have dinner.

The hotel is super far away from Linz. We decided to stay here over the night on our journey to the seaside due to announced EV charger. The truth is there is no single hotel's charger. There are 4 charger stations maintained by the municipality with a superoverpriced rate. It is twice higher rate as Supercharger's and is four time higher as the price of the electricity on the market. In addition there is a huge fee for longer session which meand I have to wake up at 3 AM to disconnect my car, otherwise I'll pay enormous bill. It makes no any sense to use as a waypoint with electric car. In addition there is literally nothing interesting for kids, so it is not suitable for families as well.

The hotel is new, most of the equipment is in very good condition. Is clean and nice.

Unfortunately the toilet was dirty and the bed sheets full of hair. In the shower area there was also hair on the walls. After driving for 8 h we were too tired to request a room change. During the breakfast the table where we sit was not clean (big hair on it and dust), also the water tank was having residues- we have told to the personnel and they removed it and wash it.. The breakfast can be improved too. I would not stay here again because of the cleanliness issues. It is a shame that the hotel looks so nice but the basics (cleanliness) is not fulfilled.

The location is very good, if you want to rest, it is a very nice and quiet place. The design of the hotel is nice, the room size is good, we were able to find it really easy.

Too many colour lights used in the bathroom. When you take a shower, the water comes out from the basin. In the restaurant short choice of dishes from the menu and staff unfriendly. Underground garage huge but too crowded.

Modern room well equipped with all facilities. Very comfortable the bed. Twins size, extra large. Pillows quite soft and pleasant. Reception's staff friendly. In overall the hotel's facilities are good.
