Wonderful place with beautiful scenery and delicious food. The staff are very helpful and kind. I'm definitely planning to go back there next year!

This family-run hotel is located at a beautiful spot, on a lake in a quiet setup, 10 min from skiing areas. The facility is comfortable with great attention to detail and services. The management and staff are welcoming and customer-oriented, ready to answer and solve any question or issue. The food is delicious and the evening gastronomic menu at the restaurant would deserve at least a bip in a Michelin guide. Skating on the frozen lake is an amazing experience. The wellness zone is very well maintained allowing access to the lake after the sauna.

Everything was really great

Amazing hotel! We loved everything about the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. It is a comparatively small hotel providing high quality services. All staff were very kind and hospitable. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a terrace and view over the lake. Cleaning was provided daily. Excellent spa area and swimming pool. The restaurant provides a diverse menu featuring an array of exquisite dishes crafted with the finest ingredients. Attention to detail is evident, with a focus on creating a memorable dining journey to the guests. It is a gastronomic gem. Highly recommend this dining experience! We would definitely return.

Nothing!

Staff extremely welcoming and even recognised we had stayed before when checking in. Hotel is absolutely fantastic on both the inside and outside, rooms very large, clean and stunning views from the balcony. Took the half board option and the food was plentiful, perfectly cooked and very enjoyable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough though i would suggest atleast having a 2 night stay minimum as there is so much to enjoy here.

I dont recommend the hotel for families with babies or small children. The hotel is perfect for couples. There is no childrens corner...

the pool is ok, not enough wormer. the spa is ok but not a luxury one. the room is ok, a little bit old. the bathroom is not so convenient, the water are coming out from the bath

The location on the lake is beautiful. Dinner is great and the staff are very nice. the garden is wonderful and you can run around the lake for a short run.

I booked this hotel for my Family based on Booking.com reviews from previous stays. I was glad I did a last minute booking, it exceeded my expectations! I chosed this hotel for our big dog as it is pet friendly. The Lake view is Spectacular, the room is big, there's a sofa bed for a child ( with specific charges on age child group). We enjoyed the walk around the lake. The best part was the Dinner. The Chef prepared tasty dinner ( Five Star thumbs up! 10 out of 10 ), it was delicious! It's a full Course Menu. The setting is Formal dining, breakfast was amazing, full of choices! The Customer Services are very friendly and welcoming. I just realised it's a family owned elegant luxurious hotel after the Hotel owner greeted us on dinner, breakfast & departure time. Everything has been well taken care off, even my 7 years old son has a small bathrobe to use. Lake/Mountain view while eating and relaxing was magnificent! It's welcoming and with a personal touch... it's not the ordinary regular 4 or 5 star hotel. This hotel has a heart & soul... We were glad we made the right choice to book this last minute as our transit stop, the extraordinary experience will remain in our memory, it left a nice very satisfied feeling that we stayed in this Prestigious Hotel. Getting used to Austrian coffee after Italian coffee

Location is spectacular, up a lovely mountain. Breakfast was superb. The hotel was so lovely and so welcoming, I know this is 10/10 but I would give it 100 if I could.

Only 1 suggestion. I took the dogs out at 3.30 am and getting out of the main entrance and back in again was tricky. Perhaps a way to activate the entrance door lock (from the outside) using the room key card might be useful rather than having to ring the Night service bell.

We booked bed, breakfast and Valentine's dinner and it was all marvellous. The dinner was excellent. Varied, fresh and delicious with excellent drink suggestions. The staff were very friendly and we had a marvellous time. Breakfast was even better An amazing array of options, all fresh and excellent quality. Great coffee, friendly staff and very relaxed. The room was so well appointed and the suggestion to take home the special soap from the bathroom (including a little bag to out it in) so it isn't wasted was a lovely idea. Wish we had been staying longer but it is something to look forward to on a return visit.

It tolerates but doesn’t really welcome kids. We have a very quiet and well-behaved child and it really felt like we were bringing around a leper the way people regarded us at the property. They could not have parked us closer to kitchen if they tried for early morning breakfast (we were there at 7am). No lake view, as far as possible from other guests. We found it incredibly rude since we booked a superior lake view room and then for meals, we were sat in the back like we were some sort of problem. The dining area was empty for breakfast so this was just lame.

The location on the lake is unbeatable in terms of beauty and serenity. The restaurant is amazingly good. Top marks to the chef for sure.
