Great apartment! Clean, big with tarase. Near the tram (line 71), we used it most of the time. Moreover, 5 min walk from Rennweg train station, we used S7 from airport to that station, took us 25 minutes (: We stayed for 7 nights and our room cleaned twice. Lastly, 2 min walk you got Spar and Billa and in the Rennweg station you have Lidl and DM. I will definitely stay here in the future! Great staff, very helpful.

Wonderful staff, great hospitality and helpful, thank you! Room was not just clean but furnished with good quality products from bed linens to coffee machine in the kitchen. Excellent location, Tram 71 connects to all main sightseeing locations.

Staff were very friendly. Room was a perfect size for 2 with everything we needed. Very good location - near Rennweg train (20 mins from airport) and 2 mins walk from 71 tram that takes you right into the centre. A short walk from Belvedere and good amenities nearby. Room was clean when we arrived and checkin/ checkout very simple. Great value for money.

Bar prices are on the high side - considering it is a self catering apartment. Would have appreciated if we were given coffee everyday (we had to buy this at a cost). Bed sheets done only once - on our third day.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good order and seemed to be new. Beds are very comfortable and we also had Prime TV for when we decided to stay indoors.

Wish the bathroom had a walk in shower as opposed to a tub that’s a bit hard to get in and out of for some people.

Everything! This is one of the best hotels or apartment hotels we have ever stayed in. The space is perfect. The kitchen and full size fridge were very useful. Super clean and wonderful helpful staff.

In a 4 Star Hotel we must have akways a very good and International Breakfast as also indicate con Booking!!!! No breakfast a very small bar corner to fo a coffee, very negative for a 4 Star Hotel; every day you have to clean the room in a 4 Star and it not happen; in a 4 Star Hotel you should have Gym area, pool and spa, nothing was in this Hotel!!!!! Only The price was 4 Star. In Wien TV Italian channel must be visibile and it was not possible in this appartnent Hotel. Location closed only to Belvedere (10 min by walk) but no bus/metro to go to down town: only the 71 bus / tram but the Hotel perdo nel said that it was not good to go to down town. Se use always taxi…..

There is nothing I disliked, everything was perfect.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect: very central and it was easy to get to the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious and lovely, with a separate fully equipped kitchen. There is a few supermarkets within 2-3 min walking distance from the hotel. The stuff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Little worth mentioning - having prices displayed on the vending machine would be nice. The tram line 71, which is the main connection to the centre , experienced several disruptions during our stay - not the hotel's fault, obviously, but a problem if you are in a hurry for a meeting.

A very clean, well-equipped and comfortable place. The bed mattresses are very comfortable, and the couch is passable, although not a match. The kitchen is filled with all you need, and you can buy condiments at the vending machine - though it's hardly nessesary, given the fact that there are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The laundry facilities are a big plus.

Really good apartment: clean, comfortable, soundproof, good heating system, all kind of kitchen and bathroom amenities. City centre is 7 minutes far by tram and there’s a train stop to the airport 5 minutes far on foot. Will stay there again if going back to Vienna in the future.

Everything was perfect

Very clean, big and warm comfortable apartment, there is everything you need. Jelena the receptionist was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, there is direct tram line from the hotel to the city center. Would recommend 10/10.

It was a great place to stay, we had everything that we wanted and even more. The hotel is at very nice part of Vienna from where you can get every kind of transport and it's really cozy hotel for your perfect holiday.

The hotel is very modern and room very neat and tidy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect and though not within city centre, it is a few minutes walk to the tram station which allows you to be in centre of town within 10 minutes. There are also options for dining in nearby restaurants.
