Although I didn't have any particular problems during my stay, the lack of a hand shower next to the toilet made cleaning much more complicated

I liked very much the warm welcome, the kind availability of the staff, the thorough cleaning of the rooms and the convenience of the location to reach the centre.

Really good apartment: clean, comfortable, soundproof, good heating system, all kind of kitchen and bathroom amenities. City centre is 7 minutes far by tram and there’s a train stop to the airport 5 minutes far on foot. Will stay there again if going back to Vienna in the future.

Everything was perfect

Very clean, big and warm comfortable apartment, there is everything you need. Jelena the receptionist was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, there is direct tram line from the hotel to the city center. Would recommend 10/10.

It was a great place to stay, we had everything that we wanted and even more. The hotel is at very nice part of Vienna from where you can get every kind of transport and it's really cozy hotel for your perfect holiday.

Would have liked some bigger cups/mugs for drinking tea. But we got some from one of the Christmas markets.

There was no microwave in the kitchen. Since that part of the hotel was an apartment, I expected to see microwave in the kitchen

Parks73 deserves praise for its facilities, comfortness (except for very soft pillows), and cleanliness. It is also easy to reach the city center (71 tram) and the airport (S7 train). We would also like to thank the friendly and welcoming Parks73 team.

All the facilities that a hotel can offer in that price we paid was extra chargeable The Late check in was charged The Cleaning was extra charged They are asking for deposit by the time of check in.. something that wasn’t known from the beginning

The hotel is very modern and room very neat and tidy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect and though not within city centre, it is a few minutes walk to the tram station which allows you to be in centre of town within 10 minutes. There are also options for dining in nearby restaurants.

I didn’t really like the fact that they ask you a deposit.

The room was amazing, very good space and very well organised. The kitchen has all the tools you need if you want to have a meal in the apartment. The position is also very good bc there is a station 5 minutes away and in less than 5 min you can reach the centre.

The apartments are equipped by cooking area. Therefore, would be good to have salt in it (which was surprisingly absent), some more knives (we found only 3: the BIG and the small, both not in a perfect condition, and the bread knife). A microwave would also be a good addition to have. This all above is not to criticise - we enjoyed our stay. Just a feedback to help the place become even better.

The apartments were very comfortable, easy to accommodate. Friendly staff, convenient parking. The bed was quite comfortable, nicely equipped bathroom, separate from toilet. Not to forget a good location in Vienna.

Charge for car park with EUR 21 is in my views too high. Nobody said anything during check-in, later I found it out as part of the T&C on Booking.com, which isn't necessary to review during the booking process. Also it would have been nice to get a welcome drink or a coffee at the check-in or once during the stay.

Rooms are very large and nice. Same for kitchen and the bathroom. Also heating was great since it was cold outside. They have what seems to be a nice cafe next to the reception, however nobody said anything if that's for guests or their stayovers, etc.

Very nice place and helpful staff at the front desk. Beautifully done property. Location is excellent. 1 min walk to the Tram station and a 6-7 min ride to the city center. You can walk too - it won't take more than 20 min. Good eateries close by. Great value for money.

The ventilation in the kitchen isnt good. When I cooked something the smell spread in the apartment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good security. The underground car park was useful though expensive. The 'hotel' was actually self service apartments which were spacious and well equipped with balconies and two TV'S! We enjoyed our stay as the suite proved relaxing and comfortable. There are two supermarkets within easy walking distance where we bought and then cooked out own food. It made a nice change as Vienna is very expensive.
