That I had to pay extra for our dog, although I was informed prior our stay. The park infront of the apartment is full of drug dealers.

It's kind of expensive, but then it is a premium location and a very very nice place.

The apartment was very clean, and there was free parking right outside the door. There's a park in front of the house, and the inner city is within walking distance. There was coffee and tea available in the flat, and a nice TV as well. The bathroom is very nice too.

The park across the street is filled with scary people. Drug dealers, homeless / mentally ill, drunks and refugees. I didn’t really feel safe walking in the park during the day and i especially didn’t feel safe walking home at night because of all the strange characters in the park. In general while the location is only a 5-7 min walk to inner stadt, the first few minutes are unpleasant with the people you find on the street. That being said, watching the drugs deals and the constant police patrolling at night made for easy entertainment.

We rented the penthouse for a week and it was absolutely stunning. The view of the park from the kitchen/living/dining is gorgeous. The attention to detail in the unit is better than most 5-star hotels. Miele appliances, villeroy & Boch toilets, extremely comfortable memory foam bed and pillows, an incredible terrace overlooking the park, automatic black out blinds, elevator opening directly into the living room, etc. The owners are both extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The place was spotless clean. We spent two days without leaving the apt due to heavy rain and the place couldn’t have been more comfortable. The private parking lot was also much appreciated. It’s only a 5-7 min walk to Inner Stadt.

The bed was a little soft. It was very hot during our stay and we found that the AC did not reach the bedroom, however, the staff were quick to provide a fan and this made a big difference.

This was a modern, spacious, fully equipped apartment, that was in an excellent location near Lend Platz and within easy walking distance to the town center and restaurants. There was free parking on the premises. Staff were responsive and helpful. It was great having a washer and dryer available. Elevator access made it easy to transport luggage.

Hosts were fabulous, great communications and met us at the door to show us the apartment. The apartment itself was fabulous and easily one of the best we have ever stayed at. All facilities were available and comprised high quality materials and white goods- I cannot fault this apartment, it was a beautiful architecturally designed apartment in a great location

Docked a point for no toaster or microwave, but I would happily stay there again.

The property is an easy 10 minute walk from the Central Station, or 2 stops on a number 1, 4, 6 or 7 tram and 5 minute walk. It is on the edge of the old town and within walking distance of everything except the Eggenburg Palace. The number 1 tram will get you there. The host provided contact details to coordinate arrival time and was there to meet us . He explained all the features and payment was there by EFTPOS. We stayed on the first floor. It is a modern apartment complex with about 5 units all with a glass wall overlooking a pretty park, with a quiet street in front. If the weather is nice it also has a balcony overlooking the park. All the facilities are modern and the kitchen is well equipped with added touches like salt, pepper, tea coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing detergent. There is even a lift. This was a very pleasant apartment.

The property is top notch. The park next door is very nice, but in the evenings gets a bit rough with drug dealing. It would be best to avoid the park after nightfall.

This is a real gem in the heart of Graz. Very tastefully furnished suites with all comforts and amazing views over a local park. Bonus: the Maitz family in charge of the property is incredibly welcoming and helpful!

No place is perfect but the Park Suites deserve a full 10. Without doubt the best quality apartment we have ever stayed in. We found it exactly as in the photographs. Loved the direct elevator access into the apartment. The Penthouse is massive, modern and immaculate; a huge bathroom (and bath!), plus a guest bathroom; very well fitted out and equipped, on a quiet side street facing a lovely park. Easy park right out front, easy arrival and check in. Enjoyed the local welcome wine in the fridge. Disappointment is not possible! We felt totally at home. Was a terrific calm oasis as a base to explore Graz. A few steps from the Lend Platz markets, where we enjoyed the various little outdoor bars in the evening.

Very nice and clean apartment, cosy furnished (exactly like on the photos); very kind and helpful owner of the house; location of the apartment just perfect - a big park across the street (perfect for walking a dog), 10minute walk to the city centre, about 3minute walk to a supermarket (Billa) and a green market on the quare. Highly recomended!

Since it was the second stay within a year there were no surprises. Convenient location with a good selection of bars, restaurants, super markets, etc. close bye. About a 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the town and all the major attractions. One bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. First floor (lift available) apartment with a balcony facing the park area across a minor neighborhood street. Small apartment building with 5 units and private parking on premises. Good choice for both shorter- and longer-term stays.

It didn't seem possible to chromecast Netflix to the tv without signing in. We also had a family next to us with barking dogs early in the morning and in the evening though that may just be bad luck. In our appartement we had the air-conditioning unit right next to the bedroom window, so opening the window would result into noise from the unit coming into the room.

The appartment was very modern. The airconditioning and shades made it very bearable in the summer. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern
