The double room with wood flooring was quite big and clean. The bathroom was clean and a nicely scented soap was provided. Wide variety of choices for breakfast and the personnel very friendly. The hotel is very easy and quick to reach from the train station. The garden is beautiful with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Recommended!

The room was limited with only two electrical plugs.

The customer service was very good as the front desk was very accomadating and friendly. Hotel restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. The location was very close to great hiking with plenty of literatue in the hotel about trails, excursions, etc.

Lots of choice for vegetarians on the restaurant menu, and you could order up until 9pm. The restaurant was lively and cosy.

This was a great stay, the hotel is easy to acces from the railway station and the location is beautiful. The breakfest and the bar were amazing and we met very friendly people, also the region is full with great mountain hikes with breathtaking views. 10/10

In sauna people blocked beds, when they weren´t there and there was no space for us to rest, some guests did not respect to not wear swimming suit in the sauna.

Breakfast was delicious, and room was large, comfortable bed. Tea room in sauna to provide drinks was very nice.

The room I was into only had 1 available electric socket by the entrance door besides the one for the TV and Blowdryer. The other room had 2 sockets on both sides of the bed so we had go over and charge our electronics. The pillows were too soft. I did not feel like I had one. It was very uncomfortable and we had trouble falling asleep.

We booked 2 rooms for one night and we had a nice stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Small Wellness area was super relaxing after a full day of snowboarding. We really enjoyed it. The water temperature could be more warmer though. The Staff were all very kind.

Didn't like the whole room dressed in red carpet, but that's just personal preference. Headboard above the bed makes it difficult to stay upright to read or stay on a laptop. Could also use one more pillow. Radiators difficult to operate.

Very nice staff. Good shower. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Very beautiful location. Well organized sauna.

It is a somewhat strange place. It is supposedly a family run hotel just recently overtaken by the fifth generation. However some corners look like the grand-grandfather was the last to tend to the decor. However it does not ruin the overall experience. Maybe the room door could have better sound-proofing.

Comfortable bed. Well provided the tea set in the room. Hot shower and very decent heating. Good breakfast and fast WiFi. Staff speaks good English.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was good experience. I highly recommend this place! Friendly personal and the owner was always nearby asked us about our needed etc. Also I would like to highlight the delicious food in the restaurant. Respect

Maybe the foods at breakfast could be reloadad more frequently, but it was ok.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The furniture is is a bit retro, but that wasn’t a problem for us. It also has a nice sauna place, which is only for adults after 15:00, so you can rest calmly. The room had everything, and it was pretty clean. We had nice few days there, and we could highly recommend this place overall.
