Best location in Zell, 2 mins walk from lifts. Host is lovely and rooms are cosy and clean (and mine had a great view of the mountain!). 100% recommend

This was our second time here, we experienced what we expected. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, super kind owner (who takes care of almost everything but the cleaning), good location, free privat parking, comfy bed, calm neighbourhood (which is not usual in the city center of Zell am See...).

Fantastic hotel from arriving we were greeted by lady so welcome and during our stay she could not do enough lovely room with balcony short walk into town breakfast was lovely we are bikers safe parking The Lady gave us some maps and recommended routes we did the Großglockner pass not far it was Stunning will come back

The breakfast was a bit lacking, not so many options to choose from, and it was limited per person. The parking spots were a bit tight, but we managed.

The host lady was very kind and helpful, she was really lively! The location, the staff and the overall attitude of the people was great and amazing!

Great location, very close to pedestrian Zell am See and the lift to the Schmittenhohe. The host, Anna was so friendly and welcoming and did her best for our holiday to be perfect. Good breakfast with a choice of different breads, hams and cheeses. Room spacious and very clean with view of the mountains from the window. Free parking is a plus.

Good location, next to bus stops, City Express and near dowtown. I was given a better room, spotless clean, and the host is great! She is a nice, lively woman who gives you tips about everything, from the weather to the main tourist attractions. Gluten-free bread provided for breakfast. Loved the doggie of the house, Sunny. I definitely recommend it.

I have chosen a small room as I was alone. Indeed, it was really a small one. The shower cabin was such small that it was even impossible to bend over in it. Stream from high mountain was continuously plashing. I liked it, but it may disturb some.

Excellent hospitality. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Quite good breakfast. Good location to go to Schmittenhöhebahn early in the morning as well as to return back to Hotel from Zell am See city center in the evening.

A lovely place to stay in a perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the town was very accessible.

If you are looking for a small pension with the right mountain family atmosphere and comfort ... this is the right place for you in Zell am See. Pension owner has a wonderful personal approach and her recommendations for surroundings are great. We had a well equipped room and bathroom together with a balcony full of flowers and with view to the nearest hill. Pension is located not so far from a town center (but on a well quiet place) and not so far from cableways which will transfer you to the nearest mountains. The lake itself is only a few streets away. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in this area will give you pass for free public transport. Better spend some days here and surrounding area like grand ice cave and Krimml waterfall. Single room not so big but enough and have a balcony with mountain view.
