Nothing at all.

Everything was perfect! The location is good, there’s a supermarket nearby and a very nice restaurant called Cafe Antica. The apartment was so cosy and comfy. We loved our stay alot. The beds were comfy and clean and the bathroom has a sauna too. So cool! The hosts were so lovely and friendly. There’s a wonderful spread of breakfast provided for us too. Yum yum! This place and the roads leading here is truly an experience of a lifetime!

Our room exceeded our expectations, it was lovely. The location was perfect, Pension Bergkristall in Heiligenblut is such a lovely place to stay! Also Breakfast was good!

The rom was super clean and we had a huge balcony where you could have the perfect view from your room. It has a small kitchen where you can cook some easy food in your room. The breakfast was super good with a lot of choice. It also has a lot of board game to play with.

The location was perfect with easy parking right in front of the hotel. Beautiful view of the church from my balcony. Check in was very easy and the staff was super friendly. The room was basic, but very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety on offer.

The guy at the reception wasn't in the mood for giving any advice about sites to visit around town. But with a little kind persistence I got all the info I needed. There was no comfortable bench to watch TV in the living room.

The location is just perfect. In the center of town with parking at the door. Very spacious with sauna. All for a low price, in summer at least.

Everything was great

Location was great. They even let us use the tumbledryer because we were with motorcycles and was raining. Our apartment had sauna, the bathroom was very spacious.

No don't likes! No hotel lift, and so suggest you aAsk for a ground level room if you don't like stairs. {was no problem for us}

EVERYTHING! Exceptional buffet breakfast included in price. Very tastefully mountain decor & very clean. Very close to everything as right in Heiligenblut. 2 min walk to the fab Dorfstub'm cafe restaurant. DISC TOLL TICKETS FOR THE TOLL ROAD TO THE GROSSGLOCKNER LOOKOUT. & Tunnel walk. (Don't miss this!} Central to biking, trekking, skiing {in season} Picturesque drives, plus more. Such a wonderful place. Stay at least 3 - 7 nights. We couldn't squeeze it all in with only 2 nights. Enjoy! 😍
