The studio we rented was great. Nice mountain view directly onto the ski slopes, big balcony. When there is enough snow one can literally ski to the door of the house. The owners were really kind, cleanliness was flawless, breakfast was exceptional in a very cosy atmosphere overlooking ski slopes. There is really nothing what could be brought up and was not good. Highly recommended place to stay.

The property was really cozy and friendly. The room was quite big with an own balcony and they cleaned it regularly. The owner was kind and helpful and the breakfast was also delicious. The property is suit in a good location. You could reach the ski lift easily.

Only two minor things: the reading lamp at the beds provided a low lightbeam and wifi was occasionally weak.

The owner was very friendly and polite and he was telling us all information we needed with a good English (I also tried my low-level German :) ). The location of the accommodation is excellent especially if you want to ski. The room was causy, spatious and very tidy, such as the bathroom; the staff was working always very well. The breakfast was nice and tasty. Parking place is also excellent as well as the facilities for the skiing equipment.

Location was fantastic, about 2 minute walk from the hotel was the ski lift and when you are done skiing you can ski right up to the hotel. Breakfast was great, there were a lot of food options. Rooms were also great and they have private parking that is always available.

Nothing particular to report, even if I prefer the shower, but this is very personal!

This room is large and very clean, quiet and with comfortable beds. There is a nice bathroom, equipped with a comfortable bathtub. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and is delivered by the owners with great kindness: you always feel at ease! MANY compliments for the competence, the meticulous organization, the kindness, the sympathy and the great availability.

Very friendly and welcoming proprietors, who for some reason even remembered me from the last time I stayed there, almost ten years ago! Great location within Bad Kleinkirchheim (one can just walk over to the thermal baths), comfy room, good breakfast. Hope it won't again be so long before I head this way again!

Breakfast was great every morning, the owner was nice, polite and would always take care of the guests during breakfast, bringing tea, coffee, etc. He remembered how we liked our breakfast and our tea and coffee and brought them to our table the second we went through the door of the breakfast room.
