Claudia is a fantastic host. She was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed her very comfortable and stylish apartment and amazing breakfast. Everything was just as pictured, very clean, and very private. We felt right at home in this space and were grateful for a cozy apartment that was away from the big hotels. If you are near this guesthouse, you must stay at this beautiful place. I highly recommend!

Wifi signal was only close to the door, but it is nice to put the smartphone down and enjoy real life.

Nice and New wardrobes, everything was clean, and the place was very quiet. The beds was very comfortable. We got towels( a lot), shampoo, shower gel..etc etc.

View was ordinary, of a postal depot and near a scrap yard and train line (we were interlacing so suited us!) so not alpine chic location but internal decor and walks from the door up from the valley made up for it.

Breakfast was well beyond our expectations, wonderful teas and continental breakfast in a clean and beautifully decorated dining room. Family rooms were excellent, 3 singles for children an pd we had our own room. The shower was amazing! Location good for walking from the property and the kindness of a shelter on our check out day so we could dry off after our walk before getting our train was much appreciated.

Some neighbours were a bit noisy, but tis is not the fault of the owner! They even had ear plugs available, just in case, but we didn't use it. So there is nothing to complain about, everything was really good.

Excellent communication, easy to collect keys (via safe deposit at the door with code sent in sms). The owner was very kind, supportive. The breakfast was fresh, the rooms were super clean. Truly, a great experience!

Although breakfast should have started at 7:30, it was not ready before 7:45. For us, it was not a big deal, but for someone in a hurry it could be. The noise from the trains just behind the building is not overwhelming, but audible all the time. The village of Schlöglmühl does not offer anything else (no shop, café...) apart from a nice surroundings to do some walks.

We spend two non-consecutive nights in this B&B and although we booked the same type of room, we obtained two different ones: one was fine, clean, well equipped, we had everything we needed, but the other was AMAZING, with plenty of space (even in the bathroom), full of sunlight, even with a fridge. The self check-in process was surprisingly smooth - we received a code, picked up the key from a key-save and in we went. Breakfast was freshly prepared, with buns still a bit warm, and was satisfactorily assorted.

As the property is located between railroad tracks and a commercial road leading to a local industrial park some people may find it a little noisy. However, well insulated windows and walls keep the outside noise to minimum.

Very nice and modern and very clean apartment, with furnished kitchen, and a spotless bathroom with new towels provided. We appreciated the toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. Great communication with the owner ! Parking is available for free right in front of the property. We recommend this property as a convenient location for trips to Semmering or Stuhleck as it is just 5 minutes' drive from the highway S6 and 20 minutes' drive to Semmering and Stuhleck. Grocery shopping available in town center in multiple stores which are well stocked with items for travellers.

At the beginning the room was quite cold, we got in quite wet after skiing with necessity to dry the cloths, gloves etc. There is missing possibility to controll the room temperature in the room by yourself, it is controlled centrally. Probably this is due to energy sustainability, but for the comfort I would appreciate to have the possibilty to controll it by ourselves. From this perspective also any clothes dryer would improve the experience (not in the list of equipments, but we would appreciate it). We got the room temperature adjusted after repeated communication with the host. What I dislike, is the fee charged for using the common kitchen located at the backyard of the building, need to step out to backyard and go to the other building. The extra fee 5 Eur/person for kitchen using is not mentioned in the overview during booking process, there is only Extra beds policies etc. mentioned. I got known about this fee in advance only by chance when asking for kitchen equipments, which is really really very basic. For warming up meals we brought with us I think 5Eur extras per person is inappropriate.

The room and bathroom was clean, the same as shown at pictures during booking process. Beds were comfortable, hard enough, not too soft, which was good thing. We appreciated beds were comfortable to get rest after whole day(s) skiing at Semmering Stuhleck. Even the pension is close to railway lines, we could not hear the train. The room was equipped as described.

The booking said private bathroom but that was not the case. The bathroom was not connected to our bedroom and I believe we shared it with another room, although we did not see anyone in the other room. That was disappointing. The location is also not great. We were looking for something a bit removed from town, but the area was very industrial and was right on the train tracks.

Everything was exceptionally clean and our room was huge. The owner, Claudia, is lovely! Breakfast was decent.

Great accommodation! Claudia is a lovey lady and owner who really cared about us. We had a special to ask request in the morning and Claudia immediately made action and went to the shop for us. By the time we were back in the accommodation our special request was waiting for us in front of our room door :) Amazing bathroom and room! Definitely going back there whenever we are going back to Austria!
