The room and bathroom had bad smell, the sink has been dried out, although the room looked freshly cleaned. I mentionead this at the next morning, the lady confirmed that the room hasn't been used for a while.

For me the mattress was too hard but I guess that’s a matter of different body’s and mine doesn’t like hard mattresses 😄

I booked the room really spontaneous on booking.com and when I arrived there was no key for me. But I called the given number a couple of times and the host appeared instead! So really uncomplicated and very good! I could take my bicycle to the room (no elevator but I don’t care) or leave it in the staircase…

We have stayed on another occasion at this place and we have noticed the previous person keeping Pension Onix is no longer there. On the previous occasion we felt special with the attention we have received from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left next morning. The new person is not as attentive to her guests and there is no effort to make the travelers staying at this place appreciated. The previous manager offered us a dinner and a breakfast, and I was looking to that same treatment this time around as well. However, there was no option for these travel conveniences this time. I was also looking forward to that most amazing morning coffee from my previous stay only to see an empty dining room in the morning. :) C'est la vie..

I like the proximity and the convenience to the Vienna Airport, I like the quiet location and the not so distant stop of the connecting train from and to the Airport. I also like this place is kept clean and the rooms are nice and big, the bathroom cleanness and nice interiors in general. I like the simplified check-in and check out procedure.

We were only provided with half toilet paper, one of the towels had a stain on it, the bathroom door is not totally closed so the water a bit going out of there. Plus the sheets had a texture so its not top comfort but for me it was kinda ok.. but some people might not like this feeling

I liked the room itself, the design, the location which is really comfortable because it is close to the airport and only 2 stops away.

The bathtub faucet was not working properly, and the third bed (in a triple room) was a small camp bed.

Stayed just one night to catch an early flight. It was fairly ok for one night. The room was spacious, the hotel, near the airport with private parking and a very polite owner.

Was quite far away from the airport so make sure you have a taxi booked far ahead of time if staying here.

Staff was incredibly helpful in helping us book a taxi. Was very comfortable and allowed us to rest between flights.

Some sign on the street leading to the pension indicating where it is would be helpful, even on the pension itself there’s no name written, so as it was dark we weren’t sure we’re on the right place, but of course, if you have google maps this is only a minor problem.

We arrived late, around 10pm and the staff was still very welcoming. The pension is located only 10 minutes by train from the Vienna airport station, which we found convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed.

It’s really far from City, about 40min with train. we took it because we had a morning flight, but first train leaves on sunday 6:30, so we had to take taxi with 60€ 😕

Very friendly owner of the hotel, greeted me with a tea at cold evening:) Room was cozy, price is very low, there were shower gel and soap, I stayed for 1 night after canceled flight so that was very convenient
