On the street side it's a bit of noise from passing cars, but the host was very kind and offered me another room that was not on the street side, and it was very quiet.

The property is placed in a very nice place, away from hustle and bustle. Ideal for families with children, as there are some toys in the foyer. The nature and the garden is absolutely stunning! One just sits on the balcony and unwinds from his/ her hectic life. The breakfast is a real pleasure! You can choose to sit on the terrace (and soar the beauty of the nature) or in the kitchen. The landlady is an excellent cook: get ready there are so many things to devour :). Both those who are in favor of sweet breakfast and also those who prefer salty and warm food will think they are in heaven.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The breakfast was excellent. After the first day we used a larger table to be able to place all the food and drink that was offered. We were in room 7 and that comes with a gigantic balcony. It has a private entry and a locked one from the hallway. The light switch is next to entry from the hallway. :-) However, it is also really nice in the dark and we did not switch the light on after we figured out how to do it. Perfect host, which made us feel like being at home, just better. Deserves 11 out of 10 points.

Even though we arrived at night, we were greeted very kindly! We were with a dog, despite this they did not refuse us, it’s convenient that there is parking under the hotel! The room was clean, the towels and bed linen were clean and smelled delicious! gorgeous view and great breakfast! thank you very much for your hospitality! I recommend this hotel!

It was a very nice and cozy place, everything was clean. The hostess was a very welcoming and friendly person. The room had a great view outside and the breakfast was delicious. It is only a few minutes walk from several cafes, and about 20 minutes drive to the city center of Graz.

This is a wonderful calm peaceful and scenic village house in the heart of the lush Austrian countryside. One relaxes and sleeps to the gentle sound of a babbling brook in the garden.The lovely lady of the house welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Rooms are very spacious and all have generous balconies with panoramic views over the landscape. The house water is not just drinkable, but very soft, from a private well and it flows with high pressure in the shower. Breakfast is more than generous. A good selection of breads, hams and cheese, excellent coffee and those rich coloured fried eggs were definitely not the work of "unhappy" hens. All in all, a happy house where one would love to have had more time to stay and relax. If we had known how good it was, we would definitely have spent more time there.
